@bluemu it IS very restricting like a corset... .. it has spiral steel boning.. its just gotten enough flex for 'war' unlike a corset where after a while you going to lose you breath even in a proper fitted corset if you go on the webite you can see all the difference tacticalcorsets. com

This is really super cool. One of my roommates is always talking about corsets. I think the zipper in the front could pose a problem at conventions with horny con-goers. Really cool idea though! Thanks Irina for reporting on the COOL news!

@sunberst1 As for Narconon being a fraud - you need to knock off spreading this false info, because it actually works and by spreading false information about it you are stopping people from getting the help they need to get off drugs. If you need evidence of Narconon working then I can SHOW you people I know who went from total addicts & the most horrible people to caring loving drug free human beings using Narconon. Spreading lies about something that helps people is NOT OKAY. So stop it.

Larry should be sued for repeating false statistics he obviously hasn't researched! I can say with authority, being an ex-addict that Scientology DOES NOT have the best record! Also Kirstie Alley is a fraud! She SWITCHED addictions period! She quit drugs and started abusing food! And until she comes to terms with her addictive behavior she'll either be fat or high! Narconon is a scientology front and has the WORST record with successfully getting and keeping people clean and or sober!

Let me preface this with - I've never been to any Scientology facilities, including Narconon. I've struggled throughout my adult life with prescription drug addiction. About a year ago, I was addicted to Xanax and wanted to stop. So, I stopped taking them, cold turkey, just like they make you do at Narconon. BIG mistake. Xanax changes your brain chemistry. Without it, I went BONKERS.I had hallucinations of robbers in my grandmother's house, bugs crawling all over me,etc. [cont'd]

So many lies in just under a minute. Scientology's (Narconon's) record on addiction is worse than not enrolling the addict into ANY program. Scientology did NOT help KA with her overeating problem (Exhibit A? See above). KA has been overweight for a lot more than 3 years (Exhibit B? The last couple of seasons of "Cheers"). I didn't have an opinion on King one way or another until hearing this. He obviously does no research on his interviewees. What an awful "journalist".

@sunberst1 - You are so wrong its funny. Kirsty was a drug addict BEFORE she was famous, when she was in her 20s. She bet her addict with Scientology's help. Now some 30 years later she has put on alot of weight - she did not switch from one thing to the other immediately. Also you can't tell me that as an addict you haven't made mistakes and tried to handle a problem with another an addiction - which is what has happened with Kirsty and the food addiction.

Luckily, I was at a family get-together. Had I been alone, I'd be dead. My mother rushed me to the ER, where I apparently threatened to kill her & myself. I have no memory of this. Since I had flushed my remaining pills, I was given some and stayed at the Psych unit for 3 days. Then, I went to Detox. Can you imagine what would have happened if I were at Narconon? Might as well change my name to "Lisa McPherson"

@sunberst1 not only switching addiction to food, the auditing is another part of the addiction john duignan talks about narconon just being an addiction switch in the interview part 14 of 16, like how alice cooper used to be addicted to alcohol then became a golf addict when he bacame sober.
