I do a program called Freeletics which incorporates tons of burpees (push up burpees i.e.) and the the burpee variant you did is called a Sprawl in that particular program. Your hair is nice! I have a round face too and I don't think it's every
going away. (Blame it on my Mongolian ancestry) It's definitely going to
improve though. Compared to my old photos I look much more energetic and
tanned. I've been on the lifestyle long enough that I don't worry all that
much about my weight anymore. I used to do severe calorie restriction as
well. I'm just glad now that my fitness is much better than what it was
before. Thanks for continuing to inspire me and others on 811!

Funk I've been out of training for a few weeks (and probably will be for a
few more!) Have a groin hernia operation soon. So frustrating not being

Hey Jack, Thanks for the props. In regards to push ups, you actually want
to get strong enough to do push ups anytime, any place. Before or after
chest days and even more you should be using push ups for your warm ups at
lease if you are working the chest. The only way to work up to doing tons
of pushups is to train and build upper body muscular endurance by doing
pushups..it's one of the ultimate tests of fitness and strength. If you
can't do push ups then you it's time to start on the daily
so during a week, how would u map out interval training vs strength,
metabolic and conditioning workouts? on another vid you mentioned the
importance of roadwork in addition to these twice a week interval sessions,
did that just apply to athletes or is that prolonged 'regular cardio'
beneficial and should it also be included in the weeks workout schedule?

Funk- tons of great workouts, do you have a recommended workout schedule

Quick answer is you want to pushing exercises which ends up working the
chest so stick with the push ups, it targets muscles in the upper body,
shoulders and core, which will in turn help increase your bench and help
pack on more muscles throughout the pec region

are working at a high intensity. Check out my CARDIO WORKOUT FOR FAT LOSS -

Funk! Great workout! I just finished it and I'm about to pass out. I don't
have enough ceiling space to do the rope so I hopped on the bike for 3
minutes. I'm going to continue using this workout at lease once or twice a
