Great video Kim. I eat healthy filled tortillas regularly so its a nice
addition to add the chips with a dip. I'm going to check out your recipe
sites that i saw in your description box for some more ideas. Thanks for
sharing:)) Barry.

-sigh- Whatever dude. You're not gonna convince anyone of ANYthing if you
can't give a straight/specific answer. I searched them and found nothing
answering my question. The only informative thing I've learned during our
whole chat here was from a vid I found in which the genetic code's
important role in exercise was discussed. Basically, it demonstrates that
our personal health experience means nothing to anyone but us and cannot
speak for the species in the slightest. -_-
Wow, you really like caps, huh? -chuckles- she's a great lookin' gal, no
question there. What I couldn't understand was your claim that it doesn't
help one to be healthy. That statement contradicts YEARS of studies done by
tons of people interested in the subject(very easy to research these days.
Just do an internet search for "benefits of running/jogging"). I'm very
curious to know what makes you believe that it's a harmful abuse instead of
a healthy exercise.
...I think we have a misunderstanding here. If you read the question again
and then read your response, can you see that it does not answer the
question? I see your opinion on health, but I'd like to know 'why' you'd
make such a claim. I'm also very curious about the type of exercise you do,
if any. Personally, I had a workout routine years ago and have been
hard-pressed to get it back. It's tough when your to-do-list is as long as
mine. :/
@FitKimTV Thanks for the friend invite Kim but I'm fine. I'm 14 year old
and weigh about 135lbs. I play tennis nearly everyday and I run every
weekend. I'm always active and rarely ever sit on the bed or couch and just
watch T.V. (I'm an early riser so the only time I ever sit and watch T.V.
without doing anything is then, so I don't wake my parents) I've seen some
of your videos and they are very good. Just not for me. But thanks anyway.
@fly55556 The hardest part about studying nutrition is the actual
application to real people. It's pretty easy to learn all the facts about
food and the human body, but quite another to apply them to clients.
Everyone is so different, and each person comes with a host of various
issues, concerns, goals, etc. Learning how to take my knowledge and apply
it to get results is the most important thing I have learned.
oh, there's the 1st part. My bad, YouTube's kinda dumb when you have
multiple responses and you click the vid link from your inbox. I notice
you're asking a lot of question of me. If this is in answer to my question,
I'm sorry to say it's not very helpful. I was looking for something solid,
a video at the very least. As it is, I'm getting a lot of what looks like
assumptions that just create more questions. :S
Are you aware that caps in writing/text is akin to YELLING? or is your caps
lock button perhaps broken? Also?... uh... I must've missed the 1st part in
the series... sorry. You'll need to a be a bit more specific if you're
referring to a particular video. What I found was Mark talking about a
healthy exercise he does: watch?v=kWiE0CNpoEk
Hi Kim! What did you find was the hardest part about studying nutrition in
college? What was the most important thing you learned while studying
nutrition? Sorry these questions are so vague! Congrats on all your great
accomplishments :)
i fucking hate people like this. i mean, sure staying moderatley healthy is
fairly important but considering it a passion is fucking silly. get a real
fucking hobby. fucking sexy retard
Thanks for the invite, sadly I am into fatness rather than fitness and you
would have a heart attack if you saw what I ate. I admire people such as
you though.
There are healthy sugars and less healthy sugars. Sugars is what people
need. You need it for your digest system, to keep you warm in winter (not
getting a cold). There is a difference between sugars. Brown sugars (like
cane sugar) are better than white refined sugars. Too much suger is bad.
When kids eat too much sugar (candy, loots of fast food) during puberty
their body gets used to that. Later age, the body doesn't know that it
should brake off that sugar, so people start getting fat.
Really nice vid Kim. It's good that you tell people about the dangers of
sugar. I love your vids because you're so good at teaching us the right way
to eat and stay fit and exercise. I was just like you and many others I
used to eat tons of sugary foods. it is just as addicting as drugs you're
right. The best sugar is raw honey right? Fruit is the best form also. Keep
it going here my dear. Wishing you a wonderful Merry Christmas and holiday
season. Big Hugs :)))
you have to realize that the material you quickly name are parts of the
seemingly inevitable diet of so many people. i'm sorry for the american
culture sickened by the advertising system and realistically simply telling
people to eat fruits and vegetables instead of packaged food only isolates
the preacher. the hole is far deeper
I love this!! I used to totally be addicted to sugar and I recently stopped
after just avoiding it during a period in which I was sick (in hopes to
feel better faster) and found out just how much more ENERGIZED and awake
and less bloated I felt. Now it just looks disgusting, and my body is
loving me for it. :)
Excellent! I used to be a sugar-holic, just like yourself, until the doctor
announced I was well on my way to diabetes. It takes will power, but is not
impossible. The body can use only so much for fuel, then it converts the
rest to fat, for storage. Eat less and move around, more. I'm still working
on it!
my mum has a sugar habit but she wouldnt listen to me. Nah, she needed a
trip to the doctors where she got shown pictures of the effects of
diabetes. Now they are monitoring her sugar level on a 3 months basis.
Parents should learn to take advice from their kids.
@corttneydunkin A well-rounded diet including a high amount of fruits and
vegetables plus lean proteins will be your best bet. Trying to spot reduce
is not very effective-you will most likely see results once you are at an
overall healthy weight. Thanks!
@corttneydunkin They are highly processed so I am not a big fan, but if you
need to lose a lot of weight, they can be a good starting point for portion
control.
