recently found your channel and i love it! what do you think of the walden
farms products? I've used one of their dressings before and its a great
substitute but I was just looking at all their products and it freaked me
out a little that none of them had calories, carbs, protein, or fat. i
really wanna try them though!
+Carly lundgren It works for a lot of people but personally I don't see the point in restricting myself from things that don't bother me (like oats, peanut butter, etc). All that does is create intolerances and when you do decide to eat one of those things your body will react very poorly

Would you recommend leaning out first before building muscle? I tried doing
it the opposite way and just lifting with little cardio but I feel like
that just wasn't working for me. Or would you say a combination of both is
best when you're just getting started? :)
+Hailey Braida It depends on your starting point! It's difficult to put on muscle while in a caloric deficit because you need a surplus of calories to put on muscle. I think your best bet is to focus on gaining muscle to start and eat enough food to do so, and then focus on leaning out afterwards. You won't get very far trying to build muscle while in a deficit. When you're just getting started though you're able to gain muscle a bit easier so you might be able to do a little bit of both at the same time.

+crystal4502 yes girl!! :) Your butt is a muscle called glutes.. so by working your legs and targeting glutes you can build up that muscle! I haven't always had a big butt, I built it by lifting heaving and eating right :)

I will definitely do one! :) And I don't do much for teeth whitening - they could definitely be whiter! But something that helps is wearing a crest white strip overnight! I just do it every once and a while and it really helps!!
