I love you guys, you're a perfect example of true love. Do not bother yourself about those racists and haters of progress, they do not want to leave the past behind, which implies that they cannot progress. Both of you shows maturity and sense of progress by coming together as one regardless of race. This is what is going on here in the United States, people are moving forward leaving the past behind them, whites and blacks are getting married to each other which is not a cup of tea of anybody. Don't get me wrong, there are still racists here, but younger generations are looking beyond the past. What really matter is that both of you love each other, and color should not be a barrier to love or to success or to whatever good things you set your minds on, I will advice you to brush it off and keep moving on. Sorry this happened. I've experienced it over and over in SA, and elsewhere in the world even here in the UK, people are ignorant and refuse what they simply don't understand. it takes maturity and we all know that's not common. Also its sad that its almost like a disease spreading from parent teaching their children and perpetuating it. It should be of the past yet in 2014 its alive and kicking. I was very shocked when my Grandfather told me not to marry a black woman because he didn't want "ugly black grandchildren". I broke contact with him anyway because he's a horrible racist and his side of the family is fucked up either way. Plus I'm gay lol. Anyway having to find out he was such a horrible person like that was a traumatic fucking experience. Plus blackness is beautiful.

Amazing how so many blacks go out of their way to be accepted and loved by white people. It kinda shows that blacks really think of themselves as less and think that whites are the gods on earth. I hear blacks complain when whites wont let them into their world(businesses, award shows, etc.) Im like, "build your own and stop lusting after whites"! Look at all the black women and their hair! Even some black men too. At some point in their lives, all blacks (mostly black women) have spent major money to destroy or hide the natural texture of their hair, to look more european. No other race of people on this earth does that to themselves to look like someone else. Why desire to be like someone who has been die hard on destroying your race in every way? Only BLACKS are that blind. If i was from outer-space and had just arrived on this earth, i would think that blacks had done whites wrong all their lives and now they are trying to show how sorry they are by praising them. Its insanity! What do we call a woman thats been abused by a man, but she keeps running back and begging him to love her??

Most discrimination in school is done against whites (in diverse schools). We live in such an anti white society these days. No one's there to defend the white kids. Only the dumbest people will dispute this.

Thank you for uploading this experience. My husband is white and I'm mixed and there are definitely times when people give us the racist stare down. Luckily, we recently moved to California and I feel as if it's a Mecca for interracial couples lol.

I'm Muslim and I've had so many racist experiences a lot of them aren't something directly said its the way the other person makes you feel sometimes when you come across them the way their behaviour is so closed and makes you feel before even speaking you've done something wrong

well I live in Texas and we got Hispanic Africans Asians all sorts of people and we don't see that stuff like that you see different people every day and I've never had a racist moment like that.

new subscriber here, this is an old vid - but nevertheless... I am Indigenous Australian (now married to an Indigenous Canadian). When I lived in Australia - one time on Australia Day there was a drunk single white male arguing with some fellow Indigenous people and I confronted him because he was saying racist stuff, I was pretty upset and funnily enough I cried just because my heart was so in it and then he said that he hated everybody equally. But the coolest thing was there was a British family on the bus and they stood up for me and told him he was a fucking arsehole.. So yeah that was my racist experience.
