B/c of the vidz on nutrition I've been eatin healthier for the past 2 yrs.
Stayin away from red meat, salt, as much sodium as possible. Are some of
the food products ya show us only at health food stores or at any large
food store like the coconut water? B/c of a b/b's sport there eating habits
follow the life style & to us who aren't in the sport, some foods are (for
lack of a better term) strange to us, but I'd still like to find em & try

I'm not a morning person breakfast for me is a banana & plain oatmeal
cookie washed down with a vitamin water in the truck on the way to work.
Chicken sandwich at lunch & a salad at dinner, it gets boring but the end
result is I'm losin the weight. If ya don't mind me askin what's your take
on Chicken, Vitamin water, Gatorade, G-2, Monster Energy & other energy
drinks? Is eatin salmon better than tuna fish? The bicept flex in the car

Those things sound ok. I'd say with energy drinks, know one's body and how
one responds to the energy drink. Salmon is likely better than tuna, but
tuna is good too.
Thanks for the tips! Cooking up healthy food is easy; finding it on the run
