+Dennis Novow why are you being so purposely naive? it is a well-known documented fact that children are capable of sadism and predatory behaviour, either purposely with both intent and knowledge of their actions and the outcomes, or because they lack total empathy and are unaware of the gravity of their actions. countless numbers of children have murdered, tortured and sexually assaulted one another and have been jailed because of it. so where do you draw the line between what you deem to be "providing pleasure" and assault. this is a common sense case. baby girls DO NOT want to be fingered, masturbated and jacked off on by their older siblings. by your logic, if a parent walks in to a room and sees this 9 year old boy barebacking a 4 year old girl, what does the parent do? throw up their hands and say "well, no problem here! just some mutual totally normal consensual wanted and safe sex going on!!" i AGREE that early childhood sexuality is normal, but in this PARTICULAR case, it was evidently harmful and I think I can extrapolate pretty reasonably by listening to her story telling here, at the time it was absolutely not wanted and it was not harmless and it was not pleasurable.  children can be cruel and heartless little shits sometimes, and calling one of them a "predator" is definitely warranted.

I mean, this entire show is based around the fact that these sexual acts she endured have RUINED her. it was in no way consensual or normal or safe or natural or wanted. is early childhood sexual development normal? of course it is. is the body of a toddler being violated by her older brother who has all the power in the situation alright? NO. it is "creepy" like stef said, because surely the boy was developed enough to very clearly be able to see she hated it, via her tears, or the word "no", or her body language, etc. it wasn't early childhood sexual behaviour on his part, it was predatory behaviour, and he took advantage of the fact that she was so young and so small and helpless

I've had the belief that psychology is not science. Unlimited variables. The experiment can't be repeated to make any one "answer" correct.
