The medium mixed with tan looks perfect on you. For the maracuja concealer I used a really skinny nail and pushed it into the tip (just make sure it isn't too long or it could poke straight through the bottom...a pin may work), it made it much easier to squeeze it out, worth the trouble. That lipstick does look nude on you, a pink nude, it looks great on you. Watching right now, 7 pm:)

I think that foundation looks really good on you: it matches your neck really well and it's pretty good coverage too. I've never put anything on my eyebrows. How does one choose the right colour? My eyebrows are usually darker than my hair, but since I change my hair colour a lot I don't know whether it would be better to use eyeshadow or something? What d'ya recon?

This collection looks awesome. I agree with u about drier mascara. So much better than wet. Drier mascara holds my lashes up without having to actually use waterproof mascara. Cuz we all know what a pain that is to remove wp. Your eyelashes def got voluminous with this particular one. Thanks for sharing and doing a full face :-)

Looks great on you! been waiting to hear your thoughts on it. Ive been using it for a little over a week now and its fab. Their foundation and blush are new for me and I'm impressed. And it holds up for my 12 hr shift as an RN. Now I totally understand your love affair with tarte blushes....I need more in my life. lol

LOL the mascara is amazing! i didn't know how to use it until after i watched the presentation last night... but i think i used it correctly in the video... i hope you like the foundation! it's a bit thick, but you should be able to wear it thinly... i'd love to know your thoughts about it once you get it! :) xoxo

I'm excited to get this TSV. Originally, I was not going to purchase this because I have enough foundations but I really wanted to try the blush and the lipstick. I feel like I made thie right choice in purchsing this after your demo/review & the mascara looks fantastic!

the brush is awesome and you can use it with all your other liquid foundations and even powder, too! even if you don't like the foundation, everything else is such a good deal! and the clutch is so pretty. :)

i can finally use the tan foundation! i think i'm more tan in the summer but i will still have to add a bit of medium in it... and in the winter, i just add more medium but less tan...

the eyebrow pencil is universal so it can be used with all hair color... i am not the expert with choosing the right brow color... i never filled in my eyebrows until last year!

based on your profile picture, i think tan will look good on you... even if it's a bit light, you can mix it in with your current foundation or just dust over your bronzer.

i would only depot a lipstick if i was an MUA and needed to take lots of colors in my kit... but i don't think as a non-MUA i don't think it's practical. that's just me, too... i have the nude on nude NYX palette and the bottom tray is all lip gloss but i haven't touched them yet... at least it's in a different tray. and then one of my bulky tarte palettes have glosses, too (haven't touched them either) but i would probably toss the glosses once i depot the tarte kit.

Another great makeup collection purge video! :) Great job at sticking to your plans and downsizing to make room for things you really want and will use and love. I'm trying to decide what I want to try next. I'm starting to replace my Elf brushes with Sedona Lace ones and will be passing the Elf ones on to my best friend, who doesn't have makeup brushes. I can't find the Tarte Carried Away palette, but am looking at the putting on the glitz collection.

the puttin on the glitz collection should still either be at Sephora com or tarte com ... it should actually be in the clearance section, if i recall... it's a great collection... tons of colors and you get a highlighter, bronzer, and blush. i've passed on a lot of brushes to my neighbor who didn't have any either... i would love to try Sedona Lace, too, but no more brushes for me since i have the Sigma sigmax ones...

my heart broke when i saw u getting rid of the loreal lipsticks... sob sob... Lol... u knw Loreal lipsticks are around $ 15 to $ 18 in India.. kind of like a high end brand... lucky u guys get so much variety of make up fr that cheap... Jealousssssss... But i do like the part when u said that u are making sensible choices when it comes to purchasing make up...way to goooooooo :D

we get attached to our makeup, or anything we collect. it's hard to let things go! LOL if you really don't like something, just let it go... but if you use it and it doesn't smell bad, i say keep it! i still have more lip glosses to go through... i have so many that it's just too embarrassing to show on camera. thanks, Heather! :) xoxo

I'm obviously spamming you at this point. Sorry.. I too don't care for lip palettes. I esp. dislike when they put lip products in a palette with eyeshadows or other powder products. Yuck.. I also would never depot a lipstick and put it in a palette. Ever.. I've seen some people on YT do that. Nah.. not for me.

it's good to get rid of old lip products anyway. Go you! :) What kind of a finish do NYX round lipsticks have? I have one of their jumbo lip pencils which I like, so was considering trying their lipsticks too. I find their lip liners long-wearing if a little dry, but the jumbo feels nice and moisturizing.

they have different finishes... frosty, semi-matte (they have a separate matte line), satin, etc... i don't think they list all the finishes on their website (and probably not on cherry culture). they don't last very long on the lips... maybe 1-2 hours if you don't talk or drink. LOL

Plus fragrance dries and irritates skin, not good for lips at all. Usually if lip products have a scent, it is from essenetial oils and extracts, which is okay, and often good for the lips. Its synthetic fragrance, like in l'oreal and ysl lip products, that you want to avoid.

I HATE Loreal lipsticks too. I can't take the smell at all. I also can't take the smell of those new Neutrogena chubby sticks. ACK.. That at least fades much quicker than the Loreal ones. Totally don't blame ya for getting rid of all of those.

i need a better angled brush... the one i am using (Sonia Kashuk) is a bit frayed... but Real Techniques has a thinner eyeliner brush (sold separately) as well as Sigma, too :)

YAY I can watch!! I have Flamingo and LOVE it! Ooh and I have Rose Gold, it's so pretty! Oh that Hollywood Catrice blush is so pretty! I hope it's pigmented. Yes I have Genius n the Bottle, I LOVE IT!! Can't wait to see what you do with the Oh So Special palette (I have it too!). I have the Sugar 3 blush - check the center one against Rose Gold, they look very similar. One of my blushes in the trio is exactly the same as a single I bought (diff names!!), so mad about that.

i didn't upload this in HD so the highest resolution should be 480p... the video was already so long that if it was in HD, it would've taken hours to upload... can you try to switch to a lower resolution or different browser, like Safari?i'm experiencing the same thing when i'm watching other videos when i'm using Chrome...

i set a budget and i went above it a bit, but i think the went WAY over! LOL i was a bit nervous with this swap because they've done swaps with other girls so i had to think of what they've already received... but i think i did good! :D
