so I had gynecomastia surgery earlier this year but my surgeon didn't think I had the gland, so I just went through liposuction. initially it looked ok because I was ...
Once you got your gland tissue removed, did you have a sort of empty or
dent looking spot where it used to be? I just had my surgery and they took
out tissue and lipo, but now it seems like I have this strange indentation
on each of my pecs...
they're supposed to leave a little bit of it so your nipples don't 'cave in'. mine still has a little bit of what feels like adipose tissue, but I don't feel the gland anymore. I hope it gets better with time. they say it takes up to 8 months for it to fully heal.
Man, I wish I had seen this video before my first surgery. My doc kept
saying he was going to lipo, see how it looked and possibly avoid the
excision of the gland. I knew I wanted the gland out and I assumed he
would HAVE to take out the gland because of its size, nope. I dont know if
the cutting part is more difficult but it seems to me my doc really didnt
want to cut this thing out. next visit Im going to insist he cut this crap
out.
good luck man. I was very unhappy with just the lipo. it's the gland that causes alot of pain during impact, and it's what causes the 'portruding'. I feel so relieved to have it out. hope you get the results you want man
+Emmett Mccoy no he didn't. he determined that excision was indeed required and he did the surgery again. I'm glad he did and I'm very happy with the results
It was a pain in the ass to go through the first surgery and realize after that the actual gynecomastia was still there. good luck man!!!
How long do I need to wear a compression garment after liposuction?
The truth will surprise you! Hear Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Teitelbaum explain why the answer to this question about wearing a compression ...
Great information. I had gynecomastia lipo this morning and my surgeon
expects me to wear the compression garment for 6 weeks - day and night!
Common sense told me that that makes no sense so it's good to see that my
instincts were correct. Today is Thursday and my first post-op appointment
is Monday and I plan to wear the garment until then and after that, switch
to a tight undershirt that I ordered online.
Also, the compression garment I have is more like a bulletproof vest. It's
black (not subtle at all) and I can barely move. I look like Frankenstein
just walking to the kitchen. How anyone could expect a functioning human
being to wear this thing for 6 weeks is beyond me.
I was told i have to wear mine day and night for 4 months after each
procedure. They said that the marena garment reacted with the laser from
the laser lipo and helped trim me down. I've paid over 300.00 in garments
for this and I'm beginning to think its not true based on my research. Do
you have an opinion on the matter? I've already had mine on since 3-19 day
and night with exception of showers.

getting my TT in two weeks!! I plan on watching ALL YOUR VIDEOS before then
lol. I also have a cosmetic documentary on my YouTube channel. I recorded
my lipo and butt augmentation. I plan on doing it with my TT too. These
videos are so helpful. You look great gurl!! :-) Love your attitude. Keep
us updated.
Thanks CHI-CA!! Can't wait to follow your TT journey. You look great. I
agree with you. Bad surgery can happen anywhere. Just watched your lipo and
butt augmentation and your A $ $ looks awesome in those jeans. The right
and left differences are subtle. You know it but others won't. THUMBS UP!!
Sorry for the confusion, CHI-CAA!! This video is from TT in January 2012. I
had a TT, Lipo, Hernia repair, and muscle repair in January 2012. This
video is from March 2012.

Wow Dennis! That looks great! I'm glad you are healing so well! Sorry you
have to wear that vest in this summer heat but it will all be worth it in
the end. Hang tough buddy
+Marsha Wilson Thank you so much Marsha. Its been so hot here lately. I had to take off my vest to cool off twice on Saturday during a party we had.

Underworks Tritop and Post Surgical Binder Reviews for Transmen, FTM, & Transmasculine People
Any questions just comment below or message me on Tumblr! //skwagger.tumblr.com/ 1.
Liberian Grebo boyTV My son has D cups on a 5'1" frame. He's tried the
tri-top binder and it hits mid torso so it mAkes his lower abdomen poof
out. He has used the magi cotton bra/sports binder and it hits 3" below the
sternum. Going smaller has only affected to diameter around the chest. If
you go smaller on the tri-top, you may not be able to get it on over your
head or over your hips the other way.
If you compress too tightly, your lungs won't be able to fully expand and
you run the risk of pneumonia. I hope others may be able to chime in and
help.
+Liberian Grebo boyTV I have no idea since I'm not the person who is in the vid giving the review. Ask him directly and I'm sure he can help you out there. I'm just the mom of a trans son.
What about the last vest on the video? Is that gonna flatten someone's chest if they have extreme gyno just curious. Is it effective? Cause I always see skinny people advertising this product and it makes no sense lol
Thanks so much for this information. As the mom of my 14 yr old trans son,
I'm constantly trying to figure out the performance of certain binders.
You helped me so much to explain how to get rid of the hips. He's 5'1",
so I worry about having the binder hit below the hips. Could you tell me
how long the last binder is, or what is your height? Thanks so much!
+Saren Grey with the last binder you were wearing, does it completely compress your chest if u have massive gyno and when u buy bigger sizes, does it take the compression away?
+Nicole G. You're a great mom, wow. I'm 5'9" and I wear the large binder. However, moreso than height, it depends on the size of his chest, which you can measure with measuring tape! The site has measurements for each size and that's what you should reference before purchasing!!
Your right, luckily for everyone its not summer weather, lol. I know you
you feel. I'm a side sleeper too. I had surgery on the left side of my
chest near my under arm last May. It took over 3 months before I could even
attempt to lay on my side, but then cut was was 4" long. You'll probably
wake up one morning before long and realize you had just slept on your side
;)
Tom, I'm so glad to see it seems like you are getting better every day. I
know what you mean about finding it hard to sleep on your back, I am a side
or stomach sleeper too. Hang in there, pretty soon you will be feeling
100%! Enjoy your lasagna!! ~Pamela
