That is the most brutal heart transplant I've seen, and I had to get pretty vicious on my own instance for the speedrun achievement. Glorious. Looks like you have already learned the key lesson of the kidney transplant: that everything on the left side is kind of an arse to get at properly. Once again, eagerly awaiting MOAR :D

ive been playing this like crazy, im stuck on this level, lol. but i found out, the green syringe makes you trip nuts and if you touch the other one it makes you stop tripping....also if you stab the dude with the green one it makes him stop bleeding...the other one makes him bleed out lol

Lol. Raedwulf you stabbed your hands with the green needles thats why your screen turned colorful. You can use the green needle to stop the patiants blood from flowing ^^ but you still so AWESOME XD

I'm not a doctor, but shouldn't the patient be laying on his front so you could operate from his back? That'd certainly make the kidneys easier to reach.

The Green Syringe stops the bleeds, but can also drug you, in the case that you're drugged, inject your self with the blue syringe. which will cure it.

use the green suringe to get the blood level rate lower and if u get druged by it use the purple one on u by putting ur fingers on the end of it
