the secret is not to think of it as exercise & just let it become a habit -
I only know- that I've been doing this regimen my entire life because I
enjoy the way it helps me wake up in the mornings & it seems to give me
energy for the remainder of the day- Oh- & I'm to cheap to pay a Gym.
