Great Video but! i did exactly the same i calculated the macros and got! 500ML milk = 335 1 banana 105 2 scoops whey 176 2 TSP peanut butter 186 oats 40g 150cals total 952 total. where is the other 48 calories lol?

+Sharon Strong also protein powder can vary a bunch, which is probably where that came from. If it is the same brand, 50 calories? just eat like 8 crackers and youre good

can you make more of these shakes, variations etc? or just 1000-1500 calorie meals while still using natural foods? I recently discovered coconut milk: 180 calorie p/100ml lol! I use 200ml coconut milk, 2 eggs, 1tbsp PB, 1 banana, 80g oats, 250g cottage cheese as I got no whey protein. 1200 calories ~45 p - 55 f ~ 85 c

Yea I just started using shakes since last week. And when I dont want alot of carbs I take away the oats and add more coconut milk. I sometimes overanalyze things and think about the fat content of cocomilk ... but fuck it... Im hitting my daily calorie needs and healthy too.

how is this cheaper then a simple calorie shake or gainer without protein powder you just blended some stuff with protein powderd and called it your mass gainer shake

extra mass gainer will cost you less than this as you using a serving from your whey which costs approx 3X than gainer.also i admit that adding natural stuff to your diet is always better that consuming chemically extracted stuff.i also want to say that rather than adding whey you can use casein ( slow digesting and you can find great offers ) but still it is not cost effectivei am not questioning your knowledge or offending you i am just saying that IT IS NOT COST EFFECTIVE.

well for one, you are saving cost, since you're not buying an extra mass gainer, and if my homemade mass gainer and the store bought one has the same calories and macros isn't that a win win

You can try skipping the oats and adding two bananas instead.
