How to I get justice for this crime: I was beaten with the fists of my girlfriend who was drunk as I drove her home from the bar. I was at home the whole night wondering where she was prior to this. When she started beating me for insulting her for being a drunkard, I pulled over and dialed 911. When they caught up with her, she said I hit her, and I went to jail for DMV and Battery. Nothing happened to her at all. Can I sue the police or the city for misconduct and how can I? Need help.

"Legalizing Misandry"??? If misandry were made merely legal, that would be a step in the right direction. Being that as it stands now, misandry is practically mandated by law What do you think it means to be "guilty until proved innocent"? That's our status as mandated by the current judicial system and born purely of misandry. This case is beyond ridiculous. The women victimized the man with a felony, then they accuse him of crimes & he's locked up while they're out on a joke bail

American men need to know that their wives have the legal right to be sluts and they must keep their traps shut and do nothing about it. They must vacate the house and leave their bed and bath robe for lover boy who will be enjoying that. Lover boy will be living with the kids and may do to them whatever wifey permits and stats say that she will permit much. He will still pay for it and not see the kids. Dude a guy his age with little money who was he going to attract? I know several men like him who have hit the quantity of sex but not the quality jackpot in their 40s. One guy who is till married because it is expensive to get a divorce and move out have reached an agreement with his legal spouse to be just roommates. He gets a ton of divorcees ass. Indeed, this is the same society that allowed women to lobby for and pass no-fault divorce law. Has anybody witnessed what happens if a woman cheats on you and you find out about it. She takes your home, your children, your money and forces you to support her and your ex-children. 90% of men loose their children in divorce. Why does our matriarchy have to be so oppressive. It does not provide for or protect men. We have no rights choices or privileges.

She then divorces him, takes the house, get a restraining order, keeps him away from the kids, help her boyfriend beat him up when he shows up to his house and get him thrown in jail, takes the house and the money.

Bernie, Wisconsin is NOT the state you want to live in. A few years ago they passed the legislation that made it legal to have the single sex gym 'Curves'. A few years later, another Wisconsin county decided to put on the table the closure of the female jail in favor of halfway houses for the women inmates because "there isn't a woman in prison who isn't there because of a man". Just get your cheese when you visit, but don't move there!

If there was actual justice in the system, they'd get tried for every offense they commited, and they'd have to have their charges disproved by a representative of the law.

I was going to forward this story - I'm glad someone else did. I've been arguing the sexism of this case on another forum. They seem to think he deserved it, and that it was funny. I've tried pointing out that would mean women who cheat deserve violence, and asked whether that would be as funny? But of course... it's different.

I know, but you said you could cut the wife some slack, and she's as guilty as the rest of them. They were all in on it, so no slack should be given to any of them. I agree that a cheated spouse should be compensated. However, what they did was way over the line, and compensation shouldn't be a word to describe this incident.

I would say that in that situation the offender and any male decendants for generations would be on the list. Of course it's just an exaggereation of how sexist the justice system is, but the question is where does the truth reach fiction?
