The trio, who could have been behind bars on the day they shot Thusha, were members of Brixton's Gas - or Guns And Shanks - Gang, responsible for a trail of ...
moron?? I'm the one that looked up the statistics, and maybe you should do
the same; just encase you forgot, humans are tool users. and that means we
cannot survive unless we have a tool in our hand, and that's a fact; maybe
you should look up human nature, and see what happens when bad people in
power does to its populace, and if you think your government is immuned?
Your kidding yourself.
no it doesn't, EU has named your country #1 for violence. Your rape,
break-ins, carjacking, robbery and muggings are higher than the US and
higher than any other European country. All you did was legislate good
people out of there inherent right of self-preservation; an instinct that
all organism have on this earth, and what is total bullshit is criminals
can sue if you defend yourself.
Riiiiiight, because if the shop owner had been armed (if it weren't for
that darn gun control) would have been able to return fire! His daughter
still would have been shot, but hey, he might get a few collateral kills of
his own with the crossfire. Idiot. This happens tens of thousands of times
every year in the United States. So much for gun freedom reducing crime.
Well I'm not sure what the stance you're trying to take is. You're saying
"criminals everywhere can access guns" when the simple numbers (even using
the UK as an example rather than an even more extreme case, such as
Australia) show that gun control reduces gun crime to a tiny, tiny fraction
that of the United States. Take that for what you will.
"EU" Who? Certainly not the UNODC. You're talking out of your ass and
making a fool out of yourself while you're at it. "Self-preservation" is
not synonymous with owning a gun, moron. Australia outranks the United
States in EVERY international ranking - from quality of living to
democracy. Cry about it.
Oh please. You're going to compare third world nations fighting active drug
wars / insurgencies with the United States in order to fudge the numbers?
And in the U.S. all you have to do is grab a gun and kill me from 50 meters
away. You come at me with a knife, you're going to have a very bad day,
kid.
Are you really this delusional? Or is this an act? You know, the real
Thomas Jefferson was at least a relatively intelligent guy. Bit of a
hypocrite, but nobody's perfect. Sigh. Just...sigh. It's not even worth
arguing the numbers with you.
Well, the rate of gun deaths per 100,000 people in the UK was .23 in 2011.
In the United States, it was 10.3 per 100,000. I don't know about these
fractions you're talking about, but that's a pretty staggering difference.
we rank 28th in the world of gun death; don't even rank in the top ten.
death is still death, like violent crime is still violent crime. All i have
to do is grab a knife in the UK and stab and kill you with it.
