Hello :) First of all, thanks for the great videos ! I'm currently 15 and
following your intermediate home workout plan! I have question about the
lying leg raises: I understand they're supposed to be easy-ish? :P my
problem lies in the connection between the upper and lower body, i'd say
just below of my hips... Is there any way to make this exercise a little
easier so i can adapt? Or do you have any advice on how to train that part
of my body? thank you, and keep up the good work!
I do these regularly at my gym. But I have a friend standing over my head
and make him push my feet to the ground and I have him push it randomly to
the sides to work some obliques :) Great video as always! :D
Nice video. I heard that you need some variation in your workouts for
maximum bodybuilding effects, but i didn't know abs exercises i never tried
before so this might come in handy.
@MasterF3 Heah Master, yeah, when it comes to abs there is only that many
variations you can do, so any little change might help. Let me know how it
works for you!

it. At the beginning it's like you have this "urge" to get tension out of
your mid.

It's actually a pretty good device if you know how to use it correctly. The
way this guy is using it is all wrong.. too fast and jerking too much. You
have to perform the action slowly and crunch at the top using an equal
amout of chest and leg elevation to work both lower and top abdominals.
I've had pretty good results with the Abswing and it doesn't hyperextend
the lower back like some of the other devices on the market. Just take the
time to learn how to use it and watch one of the others.

didn't do anything for them. U need to use it daily, just 25 good reps a
day would do but most people r way too lazy to do it. If i see them at the
donation shops for sale for $5 I usually buy them and sell them on ebay, I
can get $45 for them. They r well made too,
