Are Avocados Healthy or Too Much Fat?
//www.rawlifehealthshow.com Someone asked me if avocados have too much fat to be healthy.
Kayleigh you should try a high carb low fat vegan diet. It's amazing you
get to eat as much as you want, no restrictions :) check out

I'm so sorry that you guys keep going through all these problems with your
septic and pipes, I couldn't imagine. We've had our water line bust and
that was no fun. Hope ya'll get it fixed soon.
Thanks for answering that avocado question. I was having some doubts about
the fruit but now i know it's ok for me to have an avocado in my salad.
Answering your "Question of the Day," my favorite salad is the kind my mom
makes. She creates a dressing out of some olive oil and rice vinegar and
mixes it into baby greens of different varieties. Every salad has different
toppings. Today there were sunflower seeds, walnuts, avocados, peaches, and
red/white onions. It's very yummy.
Coconut oil DOES burn fat. The 'all saturated fats are bad' fallacy is
disinformation. Olive Oil is packed with vitamin E but cooking with it
makes it rancid which renders is as toxic as all the store bought heat
processed "healthy" (lie) unsaturated oils. Coconut & Grape Seed oils are
best to fry with because it handles the heat better. Peer reviewed research
shows this. AMA would rather you get heart disease than know this. Sad but
true. Thanks again Kevin 8^D
My question: Kevin, have you heard of Oil Pulling and if so, what do you
feel about it? My boyfriend and I are thinking of trying it to help with
oral and sinus health. Do you feel this is a reasonable practice to do? My
favourite salad is avocado/tomato on a bed of spinach with a bit of cracked
salt and pepper ^_^
Olive oil is fine, you are the vegetable, well for your info, hemp is
better but its still oil. and it makes you wear worn out T shirts and silly
hats. (OOoooh look at me I am only twenty a bit like those make up ads for
anti wrinkle creams for 18 yr olds (PLEASE SHUT UP BOY)
You don't know what you're talking about, and you're obnoxious. I regularly
cook with my laptop nearby and it doesn't interfere with anything. It's
clear you don't know anything - but I look forward to hearing what else you
reckon'!
@Emmisha this is very true. of course you don't need to worry about it too
much if you are digesting well. if not, definitely avoid a big salad with a
big dessert after and yes, you may want eat your fruit all by itself.
Have you never heard of Dr Vogel's research on Olive oil? Evidence is there
that it contributes to the same changes in cardiovascular function as other
saturated fats. Don't mistake enthusiasm for truthful information.
My favorite salad at the moment is baby romaine, half an avocado diced up,
tomato, shredded carrot, pineapple, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
I make my own raw apple cider vinegar dressing too...delicious!!
Any Oil is oil, do some research before you consider any oil to be
beneficial. If you take to much its not good look at the muppet doing this
video or mooooooovie. its not helping. he is still friggin ugly!!!
@mefree2 very good point. your blood type diet is very good to know even if
you don't adhear to it completely. though I know many people have healed
using it. no food is going to be good for everyone.
My favorite salad right now is a cucumber, a big tomato and a carrot all
diced up with some sea salt and olive oil sprinkled on top of it and with
some homemade guacamole on the side.
From what I read about the Gerson therapy when someone had a tumor and they
fed them avocados or any other fat besides flax oil it made it grow. I
always wondered about that also but they had tests to show they grew.
YUM! A better dessert alkaline-wise would be to replace the dates with
stevia & use fresh mint and coconut. Todah for this Paul! Ahava V'Brachot
