Hey lovely mama there plenty of ways to get you milk supply back up try searching lactation cookies they will her you massively keep pumping until you have some and it ups your milk supply greatly xxx

I hope you watched the entire video! I mentioned all of those things in it & what I had & had not tried! Pumping a million times a day did ZERO for my supply! I explained it all in the video! :)

I had the same EXACT problem as you. However, I finally had a breast feeding consultant give me the answer; Fenugreek. It is amazing!!! You take it twice a day and keep increasing your dosage until your armpits smell like maple syrup.... You read that right. Lol. My supply was booming within a week! I think you can get it pretty much anywhere! Hope that helped love!

Suggestion to others: If you want to use a hands free bra (which I totally recommend!), you can make one a lot cheaper than the already made ones. I just took an old sports bra, marked where my nipples were and then cut a slit where the marks were. Works perfectly! :)
