Macro VS Micro Nutrients
My thoughts on people prioritizing one over the other Twitter: Motivresults IG: Motivatedresults.
Thanks for the comment/view Cricket96786. It's hard to say, It won't be too
helpful for me to guess your macros because everyone's metabolic rate is
different. Like in mentioned in the diet planning video I suggest that you
find the calorie level in which you lose weight then align your macros to
fit that number. My rule of thumb is 1-1.5g protein (depending on BF
levels) .20-.25fats and fill with carbs. Now are you prepping for a
contest? If not I wouldn’t suggest going that low in BF.
I'd suggest you start a clean bulk. There isn't a need to get into those
low BF percentages. IF you're new to lifting weights; this is a perfect
time to bulk because of all the "newbie gains" you'll get. Just keep in
mind that if you're looking to stay lean in your bulk make sure you keep an
eye on your weight and don't gain too much weight too fast. I would say
shoot for 2-5 lbs a month.
Thanks for the response do you think i should just stop my cut once i reach
9-10% and start a lean mass phase as i heard it is not good to be cutting
weight at my age as i am still growing , thanks
Great video, sort of off topic but i have got 3 weeks left of my cut i
weigh about 128 pounds and i am 17 would 1800 calories be a good amount
with 230 carbs 128 protein and 40 fats, thanks
