This movie is brilliant. A killer accidentally injured the eyes of a nightpub singer. Fells in love with her. Accepted one last job to kill a government official in order to raise money for the operations. Meanwhile a cop was obsessed to catch this killer, but ended up teaming up with the killer to face the bad guys who didnt want to pay for the killer's job. Final showdown inside the church where the everybody died except the cop and the singer.

This is my all-time favorite action movie. I've seen it over 40 times. SPOILER ALERT: This can be described as the "bloodiest" action movie, and it certainly is extremely intense, but the relationships the 3 other major characters form with the Killer are what make this movie so outstanding for me.

agree, last time i also think this but for 1st Punisher movie (Thomas Jane) that if John Woo directed, then John Travolta character would be match shooting fight with Thomas Jane.

I meant the Punisher:WarZone, that movie would have been way better if John Woo had directed it. The one with Thomas Jane was pretty good ,but WarZone was lousy.

John Woo should have directed the last Punisher movie. It would have been such a huge hit for Marvel Comics.
