Me and a friend has been to your concert in Guangzhou, China, 2013. I can still remember it was a gentle early autumn night. Then I came back to UK at 1 month later, one and half year past so fast. Sometimes in a live performance, I alter my songs a bit.  It depends on my mood, the piano, timing of the show, etc.

I got ripped off bought it from whatsawaist.com for $140 I've seen this exact model for around $50 anyways they shipped me the wrong size XS and I'm a small I managed to put it on but I can only keep it on for about one hour I really can't breathe with it on and my back starts hurting I'm sure it's because they sent me the wrong size but it looks really good on you wish I would've shopped around more .

I recently bought the Ann Chery Classic Waist latex. Does any one know how long to use it and if i could excerise in it? I also bought the caffine cream, can i but it ans excerise with it?

+Edith Partida there are different sport waist cinchers that you can work out in , I would not recommend working out in the classic one.i dont know much about caffine cream sorry ; (

This digs into my back something terrible.. Does anyone else have that problem? I have short torso so that may be a factor idk. I want to get the vest but I don't want to waste any more money. The workout band is great, but doesn't cover the tummy that hangs low. Plus idk if it's only good for working out or if people get results from constant wear.

it digs into my side if im in a sitting position for too long or if im wearing a wire bra it pushes my boobs up way too high, so I just wear a sports bra and adjust it when im in a standing position
