ok when possible i will make a video .i m a raw bench presser and trust me hitting 600 lbs bench is 30 times more difficult than doing these kind of child games so when your forearm and hands are very strong which in this case the strength coming from bench pressing is intense ,cracking a walnut is too simple .anyway just go heavy and you will know what i mean

It's not difficult proving this. Upload something. I've just tried it out of curiosity and realized I get nowhere near cracking one if I pinch it with one hand only, between thumb and forefinger the way we see it done in the clip most times. But I find it really easy to break them right away if I overlap forefingers and thumbs of the two hands ("doublepinch"). That tells me my pinching strength is just a bit over half of Cyplenkov's, which is impressive to me if I think I am no weakling and can for example close grippers up to CoC number 2 and stuff like that, though I never really trained for pinching.....

her up? Someone who may work out a bit but isn't competing and get her in a

It would be cool to see her transform a male getting started (well restarted) like me that doesn't want powerlift but wants to do resistance training to get better and excel at another sport. However, women need more role models that lift and get strong so another female would be preferable.

+Anabolic813 Dropping water weight to make your class does seem like you didn't diet properly. I'd think you'd be dehydrated and lose energy. I've asked her this question before and she said if you do it right then you're fine. Maybe maintain max weight for strength while coming just under the limit may be to her advantage. Rehydrate just before the lift.
