Thanks bro, I'm also gonna buy those sleeves you reviewed kinda, cause I
was first looking for straps first, but thing is I prefer the benefits of
sleeves over straps and since I'm more into bodybuilding then powerlifting
and just using 5/3/1 now to gain strength, sleeves are the way to go. :)
Btw, I'm also posting alot of your videos to alot question people have on
the a forum where I log, it's the biggest dutch bodybuilding forum and alot

In a previous video Eric stated that carbs were not that sparing on muscle
when body fat gets extremely low. In this video he states priorities and
states more of the fat you eat the more energy will come from fat. This is
why I ask. Would it be better to use a higher fat diet (greater percentage
of macro's of fat) when body fat levels are extremely low, would the body
use this dietary fat as a direct fuel source. Unfortunately I don't know
the answer this is why I'm asking the question.
Oh I agree with what you say on carbs. My thoughts are that fats get
demonised but it may be that some people may respond better to a higher fat
ratio then doing a carb up to keep carb levels high enough while using a
greater levels of dietary fat as a direct source of energy. Food and
getting your body to work with it can be a complicated subject we all work
differently and it is not a cut and dried answer to it unfortunately.
I can´t say very much about zma. But Glutamine is suppose to help a lot as
extra supplement. It has been proven to help you recover faster after
workout. It helps with illnes in different forms. It´s overall a very
important amino acid. It´s hard to say if you get enough through your daily
diet. So try glutamine out in form of powder. It´s not very expensive, so
why not give it a shot and see if you notice and difference?
yo eric/matt, got a question on incomplete protein. Isn't it better to add
some beans to a bodybuilder diet so incomplete protein out of let'say rice
is used better and not wasted...because it's incomplete. Also got two other
questions not yet answered...just sayin' :) And by the way, eric moving to
new-zealand doesn't have to be a problem. Just Skype. And thnx a bunch for
these vids matt and eric you guys are the best.
Completely agree love this guys info (learnt so much detail more from him),
but 9:32 i'd like to add another part not only is it what Eric Helms
covered but alot of people dont know how to train there Abs properly and
end up working there hip flexors more most of the time (i see it all the
time in the gym, cs theyve seen some IFBB pro genetic freak of a body
builder do it and think "oh so that how ya do" #noLol)
Eric has stated in another video on protein that when body fat levels get
very low carbs are not that effective at sparing musclein the latter stages
when BF is extremely low. So the question would a larger percentage of fat
be more effective when BF is very low as the fat would be used directly as
energy and possibly sparing muscle. Unfortunately I don't know the answer
this is why I'm asking the question.
Gotchu. but remember, when body fat levels get that low between 4-6 body
fat you wouldnt be eating as much and you still got to support all you
lifts wile getting yoour cardio done. so carbs will be needed to keep your
lifts up so you can retain as much muscle mass as possible and to support
the amount of cardio your doing. so you can risk muscle loss trying to have
body fat bur by primarly eating Fats
I am taking my time trying to lose weight and I can't wait to get rid of
this fat. I sometimes do cheat and when I do I eat to the extreme on the
chocolate. I know when I do this I will not lose the weight like that but I
still work out and keep active. Tomorrow I will be going to the gym and I
will do an 1 hour of cardio. I can't wait.
Yes I agree cant even believe it. you can make your workout sessions much
more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.

would this be true for a cutting diet. if you feed your self a higher fat
diet while cutting on a deficit would this spare muscle in the latter
stages.
