I gotta say, there's something special about doing it with literally
nothing but your body and the weight.
Lifting suits are stupid, just artificial strength. Straps are fine but it
still isn't you holding the weight. Even a belt does a little of the work
for you.
But doing it like this is incredible. You could argue he's like the
strongest dead lifter out there, cause could anyone, regardless of weight,
do this belt less?
This is an ignorant statement. Lifting suits are by no means stupid but another form of lifting all together. Also, argueing he is the best deadlifter is also just wrong. KK is an amazing deadlifter, but look at his lifts with a belt. He cant compete with Bennie or Andy. He is the best beltless deadlifter just liek Bennie is the best in a belt. It all apples an oranges dude.

Any of you guys picking at his pullups need to realize that he was doing
them with a band wrapped through his belt, which effectively increases the
band tension. THAT IS NUTS.
it's awesome! that would activate your hip drive... and the abs an everything would be a great core drive exercise for deadlift... which might explain some of his beast mode power!
He's doing explosive pull ups with body English, but he's resetting for
each one. That's a lot different than carrying momentum from rep to rep in
order to rack up a phony, bs count. That's nothing like fake ass CF pull
ups.
