This dressing is usually made with sour cream. Greek yogurt is just a
healthier alternative. You can use reduced fat sour cream but it does have
more calories and fat compared to Greek yogurt unfortunately. If you can
find low fat/no fat plain yogurt, I suggest you use that instead of sour
cream. The nutritional value for Greek yogurt and plain yogurt are
different, but they do have the same amount of calories. Hope this helps :)
The taste was ok and fresh. I think the water should have been cool and I
should have added a bit of sugar for it to be successful in my case. Tasted
a bit too much like water. I resulted in crushing the raspberries to see if
it gave off some taste. Any tips for giving it a just-enough-sweet, yet
refreshing taste?
Hey Daniela! I'll try to post a few recipes with flaxseed. But I pretty
much put it in everything (when I remember). I add a few tbsp to soups and
stir-frys, sprinkle some over salads, add it to the batter when I'm baking
something or to my smoothies. And I barely taste it in any of the dishes :)
I don't like my water sweet, so this combination work well for me. If you
are looking for more sweetness, try making flavoured water with pineapple.
Just soak a few pieces in 2L of water, refrigerate it for an hour or so and
you should get a very refreshing and sweet flavour.

I have so many problems with constipation, I know how good it's flaxseed
but for me it tastes awful so can you do a video with some uses of the
flaxseed? please, HELP ME!

I did it and it came really yummy :) the dressing is very good and I used a
tomato based wrap. instead of chicken I did tuna. I really like your

I usually eat my wraps cold. But you can separately warm up the tortilla
and chicken before assembling the wrap if you want :))

Excellent video! Thanks for the exact recipe - it's so hard to find savory
dressings in raw recipes, so many use too much fruit in them - they are
sweet and watery, whereas the best dressings are somewhat fatty (good fats)
and spicy!
I thought seeds & nuts had to be soaked before ingested? also where are you
finding truly raw nuts & seeds? I have been told even if they are labeled
