I disagree with potatoes and beans. Beans are hard to digest and have some
shit in them that's not healthy. Potatos are a complex carbohydrate and
turn to glucose. A little is okay, but people tend to eat far too many
potatoes. Not sure about the dark chocolate either. I would replace those
three with bacon, chicken, & beef products. All natural of course with no

Also, I am not sure about the dark chocolate. I know it's good for you, but if you're eating chocolate for it's fat content, there's a lot more fat in bacon. Bacon is very good for you whereas it provides plenty of natural animal fat to burn. And the good thing about it is that it doesn't clog your arteries. It's hydrogenated vegetable oils that are the culprit there. In my opinion, people take far too many carbs and their stores of glycogen are always full. When your body is got all the sugar it needs to burn, it won't burn fat and it will store excessive glucose as more fat on your body. Take a good general look around, especially at kids. Everybody's fat. This body fat I believe is caused by excessive carbs. If you're fat, lessen your carb intake and increase your natural fat intake to promote burning ketones for energy. Burning ketones is much cleaner than burning sugar.
