@becausicare2, that's true. Most people detox the wrong way - even losing
weight just by calorie reduction or increased exercise is a detox. The body
stores toxins (acids) in the fat cells as a defense mechanism. There is a
right way to detox and, in my opinion, its not water fasting. We need fiber
and living enzymes from raw fruits and vegetables to break down the toxins
being released into the blood when fat is burned. Otherwise you're simply
poisoning yourself by burning fat too fast. Greens

There's not any profit in raw food. Everyone wants to sell us something
that can be patented. Almost all medications are synthetically reproduced
forms of medicines found in nature. Pharmaceuticals and supplements are
jokes and in fact, many times they do more harm than good - including
vitamins, calcium, etc. Don't jack with the human body because you're going
to jack it up and not realize it until its too late. Stay natural! Trust
nature. Don't trust the capitalistic man.
Nov 2009 I was 460 lbs and now Im 280 lbs thanks to going vegetarian. I was
hooked on fast food and pizza. Nov 30th 2009 I quit meat cold turkey to try
and stop my fast food addiction. I have not had a pizza or meat since. I
also was on the list for gastric bypass but my province cut back and I was
given a 2% chance of doing it without surgery. Now with the help of my
trainer I hope to be at my 200 lb weight goal by Christmas. I am also
eating mostly raw foods now. :)
Thanks for the nice comment. No, not close. I gained about 30 lbs back
after my trainer left and my depression got worse. However, I am finally
back on track, eating better again and going down. Hopefully I will be the
my goal my the end of the year. Im a year behind but thats life. At least
im still below 300 and nowhere close to the 460 I used to be. Depression
makes doing everything 10 times harder and losing 260 lbs is a massive task
in the first place. Cheers Rob
I've been overweight all my life except when a fit athlete ... Now i weigh
390 my larget size was 456 with clothes on weighing myself on a certified
doctors scale up to 800 pounds it weighs people ... I'm 61 now inactive
disabled ... I'm making green smoothies Vicoria Butenko's Green For Life
data ... I feel much better in 3 weeks Good Luck to everyone ...
Watch the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dying. Also read Eat to Live
from Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He employs the same raw diet lifestyle to drop
pounds and become fit and healthy for life! Since adopting the raw
lifestyle, but including some chicken and fish, I have lost 28.2 pounds in
2 months and still going strong. Fast food and processed food kills!!!
Awesome story. I'm wondering now where he gets his protein, B12 and iron?
Many people incorporate some cooked proteins like beans, rice or potatoes
or even animal proteins like eggs or fish back into their diets after being
a long term vegan. I'm not sure if he is doing that, since he said after
4.5 years his diet slightly changed.
I've heard Phillips story before, but enjoyed this interview. Thanks for
posting. During my initial detox, I had sore muscles in my shoulders,
mainly at night. I consulted Dan McDonald (liferegenerator) who explained
the process, and that it was acid being flushed from my body/muscle.
Stopped after a few weeks.
@QueenThrisa Hello: I am doing ok. Thanks for asking. Depression is always
my issue but the weight lifting is going well and Im tightening up more on
my foods because im trying to get to 200 by early summer and i really have
to focus hard on my diet and cardio to do that. How are you? Cheers Rob
I'm so proud of you to take responsibility of your own life without taking
short cuts. I have heard people who have had that surgery that they are
gaining their weight back. Their stomach continued to grow due to patients
continuing to have poor eating habits. What do you think?
@QueenThrisa oh and my trainer moved away before Christmas which has also
thrown a big mental hurdle at me but I will keep going forward even if it
really slowed my weight progress. :)
Hello there, have you considered "Belly Fat Blaze" (just google it)? There
you can watch a helpful free video. It helped Lyn to eliminate her belly
fat. It may work for you as well.
Hello! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive
heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy shed insane amounts
of yucky fat.
this guy wasnt fat... he was clogged.... herbs and natural food help unclog
the gut/lymph/ liver. you can even still eat meat.... just know where it
comes from
I also feel we should be given a choice..those that want to continue to eat
bad foods...because it taste good ..that's on them.. Those of us who want
to eat grain fed foods..we should be given the right to choose..but I can
tell you..healthy foods can taste good too.. You have to do some research
even if you learn to cook healthy and delicious... I'm not too lazy to fix
healthy stuff that's good tasting... Even when I used to work nine hours a
day.. I would fix several meals in advance on my days off.. A healthy
lifestyle can be done.
@bringhomethebacon00 I sure did watch! I am shocked at things like, it's
better to let them chug sugar to get the calcium vs give them regular milk?
I loved seeing the milkman haul it out :) Kids will eat and drink healthy
things! I'm just so blown away by it all and so support what he is trying
to accomplish! It really does rattle me up inside to know what terrible
things we are putting into our bodies of ourselves and kids. But what seems
to bug me more is how others are like, no biggie..
Didn't see the show this girl is talking about, but funeral homes can get
caskets
a bit bigger for chubby people without going to the "Goliath" models.
Normal sized
caskets are 25" wide. You can get 27", 30", 32", 36", (which still fit in a
hearse) up
to 60" wide, (which are the gargantuan models for the 700+-pounders). Many
people who are 300# are still "normal sized". This woman makes it sound like
everyone who isn't anorexic like she is rates "morbidly obese", which they
don't.
The difference is that, when you have an eating disorder, be it anorexia or
overeating, you can get psychological help. But unfortunately the majority
of fat people, even "morbidly obese" people don't have an eating disorder,
which of course is the reason why over 95% of them fail at long term weight
loss. You can stop being anorexic, but most can't simply stop being fat.
This is and will always be a lifelong struggle and that's why we need fat
acceptence!
The food lobbyists are killing us by pushing unhealthy food at us..people
are dying from morbid obesity while they sit and laugh in their condos and
their expensive cars..and scheme how much more to put the small farmer out
of business..the ones who want to give us healthy grain fed meat...good
healthy food. My body is starting to reject GMO foods which is a good
thing.. Because what I now eat is mostly vegetarian...
I really think it's amazing what he is trying to do to help. I had never
thought of the funeral part at all and just sat so quietly taking it all
in. I really appreciate you talking about these episodes. Some people don't
see the importance of what he's doing and that makes me sad, this is for us
all i believe in some way shape or form.
@Jalynn99 glad you are on the same page, did you watch tonight? I am just
taken in by the show, and totally motivated to help make changes happen.
The funeral thing...how can you even put it into words? To me, it was like
science fiction, just thinking bottom line, no human was created to be that
size.
The whole thing was a total shock to me to see that there are caskets that
big. Just breaks my heart to see people get this big and how our so-called
government, who's supposed to care about the people are the ones who are
pushing this unhealthy lifestyle which is a part of obesity.
@secretlyhidden hmmm... interesting perspective, I have thought the same
thing myself. But I think it is important to keep an open mind to the FA
side of things because I am not sure I trust all the obesity studies
published. Obesity is one thing, morbid obesity is another you know?
To me..fat acceptance is giving up...I don't believe in fat
shaming..either.. I believe in trying to lose pounds and calling yourself a
work in progress...and actually doing something about it.
I've grown into the thought pattern that fat acceptance is like pro
anorexia. Both are in denial that they are hurting their bodies, and they
just want to live in ignorance.
Morbidly Obese Dog Clearly Wants More Food
Her appetite is unquenchable.
Obese Woman Eats Herself to Death!
Woman with body disorder ate herself to death after having the fridge unlocked in the care home she was living in. Follow Us On SoundCloud: ...
There is a cure for this, its simple - stop shoving your face with food.
Or what, do like 70% of Americans and Brits have this "genetic condition"
and no one in Africa does? Bullshit! "oh its genetic" is nothing but an
excuse.
+Togepi It doesnt work like that. Having a genetic defect does not necessarily make you mentally challenged. She was all by herself, that means she is all there and capable of taking care of herself. She asked the fridge to be unlocked, which means she is capable of making decisions and people take her wishes into account when her own health is concerned. Mentally ill people have no say in that.Fact is - she made a choice. Its sad, sure, and it must have been ever harder for her than people without such conditions who eat till they die from obesity. But it is a conscious choice she made nonetheless. Had she been considered mentally ill she would not be in a position to make any decisions concerning her well-being in the first place.
+RJ Lee Her chromosome was messed up how is that not impairing her mental ability? Yeah she lived, but she was still hungry when the fridge was locked, she couldn't control herself because of her chromosome.
+Togepi Its not a valid point at all.Her illness makes her hungry not mentally challenged. Perhaps she cant stop feeling hungry even with medication but she sure as fuck does not have to eat 24/7.Her fridge was locked before and she managed her condition for her entire life up to that point. There was no issue with managing the condition. She made a conscious choice to get the fridge unlocked (and someone putting food in it) and start eating uncontrollably. That was her decision to do so.Her problem is more akin to an allergy (which is genetic as well). If you have an allergy to cats and make the decision to have 20 cats that is a decision you made being of sound judgement. The underlying condition does NOT impair your mental abilities.
+RJ Lee Somebody earlier made a good point with down syndrome considering both of these illnesses are caused in relation to chromosomes. A person with down syndrome can't stop having down syndrome because of an issue with chromosomes. This woman can't stop having her illness because of an issue with chromosomes, do you understand now?
+No Moar Vids :( The feeling of hunger has a biochemical mechanism that can be altered, stimulated and suppressed. What she experienced was probably the same what most obese people experience. In fact the majority of animals constantly feel hungry, thats what drives them to seek out food. What prevents them from dying is limited food supply. She had her food supply limited too and was doing fine. That means the condition is manageable if the person is willing to manage it. She apparently was not, she made a conscious choice to stuff her face with donuts until she dies.
+RJ Lee There may be medication that helps you not feel hunger but I don't think it will really help something that is in your chromosomes too much. Like there could be a pill to help people with downs but it will never make them appear as a 'normal' person to others. I may be coming off as ignorant but it is true.
As always people find excuses. The majority of obese people say "its genetic".. Fun fact though, 40 years ago, or even 30 years ago, hardly any fat people existed. So the genetics changed? New breed of human in the 1st world? Homo fatassius? There is no genetic disorder that makes you fat. To get fat you need to constantly eat, and to support the weight you need to eat. There can be genetic predispositions that affect your metabolism, sure, but no such "fat gene" exists. She was a perfectly rational human being. She knew she just feels hungry when she is not. There are supplements and medications that help suppress the feeling of hunger. In and extreme case you get a stomach implant that reduces the volume preventing you from eating so much.Bottom line is - you can deal with it and just feeling hungry is not lethal or even harmful, especially if you realize that its a glitch in your body not you actually starving. Most obese people feel constantly hungry as well. You just manage it instead of eating 6 large pizzas for breakfast.
+RJ Lee Dude she had a eating disorder, she's not like any average day fat guy. She literally had no control, watch the whole video next time before commenting. They mention she has a disease that forces her to feel hungry. Of course ppl without the disease can diet, this wouldn't happen to a normal person.
You're such a fucking moron. Its a genetic conditions in her fucking chromosomes. Same thing that causes down syndrome. So basically your saying that people with down syndrome are just using it as an excuse? No. They can't fucking control it and neither could she.
+RJ Lee Thats pretty ignorant to say considering you don't understand their side of the illness. The "cure" is to maintain a very nutritious, very strict balance but imagine after eating what you're allowed to eat but still feeling starved for hours. So it s a HUGE stress on the mind. You would feel sick, exhausted, and just drained trying to control your desire to eat.Maybe they do have it in Africa but either lack of food in the first place prevents them from getting bigger or no one has died in such a way that its world while news worthy. Obesity isn't just an "American/British" thing, there are obesity in Asian (the country thats KNOWN to be skinny)
+Alex Chavez I THOUGHT SO TOOI was wondering if it was like fancy grilled salmon that just turned white on the outside (I don't know I was hoping for some explanation..)
