Doc, in your practice have you ever come across individuals that were
treated with Cryosurgery/Cryotherapy? If so, what were their side effects
if any. How debilitating, if any, is Radiation treatment. It is my
understanding that Cryo can be used to threat the Prostate, but what about
the Seminal Vesicle invasion. Thx.

Dr. Chodad, if there is invasion of the left seminal visicle extending
midway to the right seminal visicle, would you still call that localized.
If one is treated with hormone therapy which starves cancerous cells of
Testosterone, would these cells die off or would the patient need
additional treatment.

No, cancer in the seminal vesicle is no longer localized. Hormone therapy
does not kill all the cells in most cases. he would be a good candidate for
a combination of radiation and hormone therapy.
