+shirlm89 Thank you for watching and commenting =) My schedule changes every semester but I change around my schemes and routines every 3-5 weeks. I work legs Sunday and Thursday, rest Monday... Back, triceps, delts and calves on Wed., shoulders in addition to legs on Thurs., glutes and chest on Friday =) I do not train on Saturdays. I will also include this in my "About" info.

Before I got my period my class, at the time were doing this sex and relationships workshop. And they were talking about periods and just was there like I don't need to listen I'm never ever getting my period. One day later... I woke up needing to wee wee so I went to the toilet and I saw it there. First I just kinda stared at it like, Wtf I should've listened in class. Then I called my sister, we were kinda close, and she laughed at me and told me I was gonna die. I was so scared and I shouted for my mum and when she came in she explained to me after she laughed at me for like ten minutes. I was 11/12 years old.

+Kayla Powell Yeah fanny just mean butt here in the states. There are also these little "purses" with zippers that men or women wear on a belt around their waist. Usually older women because they're kind of seen as a bit tacky. They're called "fanny packs" because your wear them above your fanny aka your butt. I thought it was so weird the first time I heard that it means vagina in other parts of the world!
