Nice lunge stretch, Mike! I've been doing it almost every day for years and
it's really good for taking pressure off the low back, too. The more you
sit the more you need that stretch. Note to the ladies: Consider trying to
cut down on the amount of time you spend in heels - Wearing them throws
your pelvis right back into forward tilt! I know you don't want to hear
that, but what can I say?
this is a fantastic tip!! it makes so much sense! Now when you say pooch do
you mean the lower stomach above the pelvis? That's my problem.It looks
like fat above my lower abs in that one tiny area.But this did happen after
I stopped cheerleading. I thought it was because I stopped ab exercises but

Thank you Mike, this was very helpful. I have noticed that doing these few
steps has also made my abdominal work outs less painful I can do more and
not feel like I'm ripping my insides, I feel the burn but not the pain.
@StephanieM79 You should see a difference in a week or two. As soon as your
hip flexors become looser and your extensor muscle stronger, the belly
