MORE self-massage for TMJ disorder, jaw pain, and headache
Part 1: //youtu.be/mrXpuEsHHiA My blog: //www.bodymindconspiracy.com Want to do more for your TMJ, but don't want to stick your finger in your mouth ...
You sir are a godsend. I have battled with neck-jaw-ear-upper back pain
every day for the last 7 months. Ice, heat, massage rollers, tennis balls,
nothing helps. Just a few minutes of this took me instantly out of pain. I
have paid for similar treatments but can't afford to get it as frequently
as necessary. THANK YOU! Is there a such thing as too much frequency of
treatment? Do you recommend more than once a day?
+Erik Holgersen Great to hear! I'd keep it to twice a day indefinitely, once in the morning and once before bed (or whenever works for you). If you feel like adding something else, try ice and/or heat. Do what feels good.
The right side of my face has been hard rock for years, I've done the
massage for 2 days and it feels almost back to normal and soft! I did apply
too much pressure on the lymph nodes and they hurt :(
I found that using Arnica oil or cream helped me a lot with my jaw stiffness as well as excercising my jaw.
