It IS awful Don'T weigh yourself. It will pass. I agree eat some scrambled eggs and a few soft foods to get you over the hump. Yews life will be different but your stomach will be sooooo small it will come to you. Good Luck!

@WikidLovely I never really felt comfortable exposing my body/skin;even b4 converting to Islam. LOL growing up I used to pretend to be Mary (pbuh) & we know she didnt expose.btw now in Islam she is suposed 2be my ULTIMATE ROLE MODEL :D.For me my body is like a private thing so when(I believe)God said to cover ur private parts&guard ur modesty*men&women*(again) I have no problem doing so.In short-I can do before & after shots, fully clothed :D I'll remember 2do1 Thanks again for asking :) PEACE!

@mommafletch Thanks, It's good to be back :D & your right Fresh fruits & veggies are DEFINATELY a vitality & energy BOOST :) It's the best energy drink Ive ener had.
