Gee it kinda looks like her makeup artist just put some dots of darker makeup on her lids to achieve a certain effect - just like they'll often put a dot of lighter lipstick in the centre of the lip to give the illusion of fuller lips catching the light... As for the reptilian thing - has anyone even asked themselves WHY no-one ever talked about this stuff back before we had digital television? These digital dithers & glitches never happened before because it's not possible with analogue technology - when your signal got low, you just got snow. But digital technology has been designed to keep pictures in computer memory for times of low signal. So when a signal dips below a tolerable level for screen showing, it drags out the last saved image to memory which was probably when the subject had their eyes open. It only occurs for parts of the picture which move a lot, like the eyes & the mouth, which is why you get people who are ignorant of the new technology talking about reptilian eyes & teeth or tongues etc. When was the last time you heard a tin-foil hatter talk about a celebrity's reptilian cheeks or hair? You don't, cause those parts rarely move as much as the eyes & mouth. Go back & get your hands on the original studio recording of the show before it's transmitted across the country & there'll be no such glitches coz these are just due to a small loss of signal in your local area. This is why you'll have some people say 'well it's not on my tape of the show' & others will say 'I've got hours of proof recorded from TV' coz those with the 'proof' live in low signal areas. You people really need to learn more about this stuff - even the Bible says to not blindly believe everything you hear without checking it out for yourself.
