Also, so I can use limes or lemos? I would like to know what type of water purfied/filter? Thankscan I use 100% lemon juice in bottle instead of fresh squeeze lemons? I am started this diet on Oct 2nd. last question....when do I do the sea salt and tea laxative throughout the course of the day?

Yesterday was my 5th day. I notice something. Even drinking the lemonade nearly constantly is not satisfying my as much as it did previously. What does this mean?

Don't do the master cleanse it's nuts. It causes you to lose vital heart tissue. You're not toxic you have body/face image issues and you are bullimic. Go to the doctor.

WIshing you the best of luck with your master cleanse. I felt wonderful after my 10 day I did recently. Not eating gets easier after the first day or so. :)
