There is naturopathy/ayurveda medicines for controlling your BP and blood sugar . Without seeing a patients cannot give the medicines , because the medicines which is making only after seeing the patient's condition, body structure . Ofcourse there is no hard excercise you have to do, but you have to walk atleast 2 km daily .

See what hell going on on this earth, do you think dat god stays on this earth, and these mantras are nothing but positive suggestion to your mind....dats all. People are dyeing of water , food, illness, if you really want to see that come to Poor asian countries, where people are living life of hell in few parts of country. These are only POSITIVE SUGGESTION FOR POSITIVE LIVING.....(imp- Nobody is going to heal you without Paracetamol Tablet), People are still living in Ancient times...

+Sanjay Prabhu, Sorry I don't want to change ur opinion but want to say u don't know the depth of this or other mantras . Your opinion is due to lack of knowledge of mantas. You don't know the side effects of Paracetamol Tablet and other medicines. these medicines only pain reliever not cure the disease. I pray to God to give you "Sadbudhi". Ancient times people are more healthy then these days.

Thank you for uploading this video. Really effective those who are sick. I got result in one day. I like to share how I did this, I close my eyes and start imagine that I took bath in holy river and went to nearest Lord Sree Krishna temple, after praying to Lord Krishna about my problem, I sat in front of Lord Dhanvanthry statue. This time I start playing this video in back ground (real this not imagination) and I chant mantra along with song and after finish each line I place one flower(Thulasi leaves) near to the feet of Lord Dhanvanthry(in imagination), after few minutes I felt that Lord Dhanvathry is in my front in a form of light. My body filled with that golden light.
