Also I have found out that Vitamin C reduces Cortisol Levels. You can in
fact take vitamin c and not over dose you will just pee or you know.. dump
it out.. lol.. but it acts as a stool softener as well if you ingest alot.
I take 5 -15 GRAMS as day.. 5 - 15000mg.. I am now crushing the pills up
into powder, and mixing it with Jack3d a bodybuilding supplement that is
blue raspberry flavor and that is virtually the only carb I ingest other
than a little bit of spinach probably a cup or cup and a half a day. I
gotta say I am loving the REAL life. Amazing.
