Hey Liz. So happy to see you back n thank you for all your story's ..;) and wow you look amazing !!!! I'm set for sugary for my Lapband this month 1/28/13 I start my liquid diet on the 16th they told me to be on it for 12 days I'm about 256lbs mostly all in my tummy;( but so that's wat im afraid of so wen I loss my weight I keep thinking to my self ill have like a tong like tummy ?? Idk my mind is thinking the worst !! Help plz

Hey Liz! It's so great to hear from you on youtube again :) I love to hear about where you are, especially since you are my original inspiration for losing weight myself. Just knowing that the body can go through the changes was enough to make me feel hopeful too. Its been about a year and a half and I've lost 58 lbs (26.3 kilos). Hope things continue to go well for you, keep us updated on your goals and such! :D

Let me clarify; by tummy tuck I meant mini tummy tuck (much smaller than the regular tuck)..And I would only ever get it done if I got back down to 67kg and maintaining. The skin is much worse then. I realise I have nothing compared to others who have lost more weight, but I am very self conscious about it :/

you really don't have that much extra skin on your stomach at all. Seriously. If you opt for the tummy tuck, i would definitely try and lose more fat in that area first, because really there isn't enough skin to warrant one. I personally don't think you need one, you look great.

You look great and yeah - your stomach looks fine. On camera I couldn't even tell it was extra skin - I think the tummy tuck should be on the back burner!!! Go back to basics and you'll be at 67 kilos in no time. Good luck. Connie

I saw this really scary video about how the lady said she researched lapbands and found moms who have to carry around a cup to throw up all the time do you have to do this?

I don't feel she was in right frame of mind to have cosmetic augmentation. I am very thankful to have cosmetic surgeons in this country, example being babies born with a hemangioma tumor or cleft palate. That's incredible someone can give a child a fair chance at living a healthy normal life. But, it's not necessary for her!
