Lazy Eye (Strabismus) Surgery Before and After - Santa Claus
Santa Claus gets lazy eye surgery to correct his strabismus. In this video Santa gives you updates the day of his lazy eye surgery, the day after and periodically ...
hi Santa there are A couple things you wouldn't wrong on explaining in your
video title first of all strabismus is not lazy eye I have strabismus and
I'm an 11-year-old girl and it's definitely not a lazy eye and usually
comes with no depth perception and usually you see double As you know also
strabismus makes one side of your brain work a lot harder than the other is
there for training the other side of the brain or your mind to see a step
with no depth perception and it is just a horrible disease to have but I
believe you actually have strabismus which I also believe there's 3° of
strabismus and I believe you have one of those degrees that I believe in
and my best wishes to you
Eyes before strabismus surgery - demonstration of double vision
Thanks to c0l3sl4w. He gave me some encouragement - //www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNf3g6CyAoY I hope it helps anyone considering this surgery.
I am told by my doctor that I need prism in my glasses. I see everything
extremely well when close but at a distance of 10 to 12 ft, I see a little
double vision. I have no headache. I am confused with this.
+Peter Bhai I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out eye floaters natural remedy try Megarno Clear Eyes Magician (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.
Yes, it went very well and thanks for asking. Had surgery on a Thursday
drove myself to the eye doctor the next day. Believe it or not my eye's
didn't hurt none at all after surgery. Returned back to work that next
Monday with my stitches in my eye's blood shot red. It's been 16 days since
I had my surgery the redness had gone away now waiting on my stitches to
dissolve.
I do not recommend this surgery. It is much more painful than you describe
(you are biased). Also you can have a lot of side effects for many months
afterwards, such as red eye and stitches irritation. Btw, the eye surgery
is SORER than getting your eyebrows waxed. Caveat emptor.
Everybody's pain threshold is different. For the most part mine is really low. Maybe I brainwashed myself and prepared that this would work and it did. I'm sorry if you had other results.
Mayla reciting Surah Al Kursi before her Strabismus Surgery
Mayla Azumi Hanifa my daughter 3,5 Y.O. reciting Q.S. Al Kursi before her Strabismus Eye Surgery Thursday January 8, 2015 in Surgery Floor, Sardjito Hospital ...
@MrMorganOBrien Back home now and am really pleased with the results. I can
easily look down now which was never possible before without holding my
head all crooked. Even though it's still itchy and uncomfortable, I'm glad
I did it and can't wait for all the swelling to go down so I can start to
experience the full range of motion. Thanks again for sharing your
experience. You helped me feel more confident going in.
@BigBoss7777777 Um I'm not sure which muscle was cut but it was a success!
I'mless self conscious when I make eye contac with people which is a big
thing to me.. Check my other videos and I'll be posting a year update soon.
Tell her to just RELAX and breathe. She'll do fine and her surgery will be
a breeze
It's hazardous and spend some time to recovery. There have some strategy to
boost vision naturally without getting any dangerous operation, you have to
study that when considering operation. Look into right here website for
additional information: www.fine4.info/improve-vision-without-surgery
I hate my lazy eye and it really stands out.. Im considerably pale as usual
in ireland but what makes it stand out is my whiteish grey big eyes :/ its
not noticeable is what they tell me but thats only beacause i have a low
self esteem but i really amnt stupid :/
lol. I'm having the surgery in a couple of days so i was freaking out but
this cracked me up. should i be writting my will before I go? lol Its a
routine surgery so im sure everything will go as planned for me
Also im very short sighted and the glasses didnt improve it in the
slightest and im too young for either laser eye surgery for my short
sightedness or strabismus surgery fir my lazy eye :'/
Hi, my daughter has a similar issue to yours, can you give me some details
about your surgery? Which muscle did they alter in your eye? And was your
surgery a success? Thank you.
@MrMorganOBrien No problem. I hope it turns out good for you!! I was a real
wreck the day before just take your time gettin back in the grove after
surgery.
I do believe I need surgery as well but I don't have insurance & my job
dont offer insurance either, I don't know what to do next? any
recommendations? :(
@Sarcastic17one My eyes initially alternated. They took turns. Sounds
crazy, but there is no other way to describe it. Your brain tries to
disregard the image from the weaker eye causing it to turn out. In my case,
my brain basically told my eyes to behave this way so that the vision in
the bad eye doesnt affect the vision in the good one. I waited because I
never knew the surgery existed.
It depends on the surgeon. But immediately after the surgery, I saw a
perfect alignment. Results can vary though. The only problem is that in
some cases, it can become misaligned again. What happens is that the eye
muscle is moved. Your brain has not been changed; therefore, unless BOTH
eyes work well together, your brain may try to send it back to the way it
was. In simple terminology.
I think i have this problem.. Maybe not as bad but sometimes its hard to
focus.. I thought i was just tired until i video taped my eyes moving
around and noticed one eye is slower than the other.. ever since i feel
so.uncomfortable at work and around ppl.. Im a server so when i feel like
my eye is not focusing i get distracted and sometimes feel some panic.. I
duno what to do :(

Nope it's not that way. I had surgery when I was a child and the eyes went
out of alignment again. My job involved reading a lot of dense text on a
screen (computer engineer) and I found this a real drawback. I got surgery
just a few days ago. Unfortunately I have the "black eye" so I'll have to
wait to see how this works out.
If I understand your question, you are asking if you can have a drivers
license. In my case, vision in my right eye is 20/400 and my left eye is
20/30. In Florida, if you are blind in one eye, the better eye must be
20/40 or better. The surgery really didnt bother my vision.
Some people don't realize how annoying having Strabismus can be. I was born
with it, and all my life it's been holding me back in a lot of things.
People keep telling me to ignore everyone else and just be happy, but it's
just not that easy.
Your English is fine. The surgery is over before you know it. You really
dont feel any pain at all during the surgery. But be prepared after because
there can be some discomfort. You will be very happy. Trust me.
İ have same problem on my left eye too. esotropia i mean. i'll have a
surgery on 22 jan. 2012. i really feel better when i watch ur video. So may
i ask u smt? can u add ur video while u r looking left, right , up and
down? do u they still straight or not, i really wonder this? take care of
urself. Bytheway i love ur hair color too :) thanx.
@brc406 I posted a few videos of after the surgery but I'll have to do one
of me looking around so you can see. They are pretty straight when looking
up, down and to the sides. Thanks for the comments and good luck on your
surgery!
