+Khaja Mohiuddin He took a biopsy and sent it to a lab. He said there are procedures available to treat it such as Carticel Care, and that he will monitor my knee overtime. The priority right now is to stabilize and rehabilitate the knee with the new graft ligaments.
Heeyyyy maaaannn!!!!! How are you? I see that now you are much much better.
Regarding me, the therapists made me do some gym to gain some strength
back. Now I am able to "walk" without crutches. You will have to do some
exaggerated marching at some point. It is weird, when you try to walk by
yourself, you feel like some rubber band is inside your knee offering some
resistance to you bending the leg. I guess that is why you march, to
stretch that thing and be able to walk without feeling any resistance...
eventually. However, I still use the crutches when there are stairs, at the
Street, and at school... I guess that "for protection". I feel much much
better now. Be strong!!!! When they start bending your leg in order to
regain motion... It will hurt... Remember to breath and try to relax :S
However, your therapist may go a Little bit slower in order to avoid
extreme pain (not my case... they didn't have any mercy... haha). They also
told me that we should not drink or smoke, at least, untill month 5/6 (I
don't smoke, but, you know, Christmas is close). Also, I've seen your
scars. They are similar to mine, but I've been using a product for one
month and it seems to be effective. It is called "Cicaplast" from "La
Roche-Posay Laboratoire Dermatologique" Give it a try, I don't know how
much it would cost in your region, but I don't think it would be over $20.
I think it is effective, I use it twice a day and it started vanishing the
scars (not completely, but they shrank and got lighter). If you decide to
buy it, apply it after the crusts fall off. Keep up the good job friend.
+samburumayor Glad to hear everything with PT is going well for you. I've started bending my leg a lot more to regain the motion and I know what you mean about the feeling of resistance. It's very challenging but the range of motion is coming back slowly but surely.
I think I'll be able to start walking (with the brace on at 0 degrees) within a week or so. I'm hoping I will be walking normally without the brace within the next two months.

Hey man!!!! Happy Holidays!!!! How are you doing? How are you? Where did
you travel for the holidays? Right now, I am in Cancun. No diving is
allowed. No entering to the sea if the waves are too powerful. No
volleyball, no running, no jumping... but I can still swim. How are you
planning to celebrate 2K16?
