+MRKoc RM You may do them, but ONLY if the do not create any pain ro swelling while doing them or as a result of doing them, for example they feel fine while doing exercises but 30 minutes later pain and/or swelling starts.
You guys do a really nice job. Just a minor issue, I don't understand why
you don't wear exercise clothes. It's kind of distracting. The whole time
I'm thinking if you tell your patients to come to PT in a suit and tie.

hey guys, i have a problem with the right knee(when bending the knee).. MRI
result was :
- lower femoral shaft area of marrow edema.. contusion.
- mild knee joint effusion .
i know alot about anatomy but i have no idea what the marrow edema is ..
no they didn't. and tbh i dont know, that was 4 months ago i finished my work out with back knee pain only when bending the knee. but i didnt rest so i think i did overwork it also. i thought its the lateral meniscus cause it never gets better, swollen around the patella increased and pain developed even while resting .
+Ahmed Sobhy Marrow edema just means fluid in the bone. You also have some fluid in the joint. Did they give you a reason as to why all of this fluid has developed? Or did you just overwork it?
