+Bunny Davis Thank you so much, love! Awwww Happy 5 Months to your GiGi! It is just me or do those Zara shoes (specifically the snakeskin ones) fit much smaller than other Zara shoes? I have the same exact pair in the black leather and those are actually a little loose, whereas the snakeskin ones in the same size fit really snug, maybe it's because I haven't broken them in yet.

Watching you eat these snacks are so funny. Just like how I would be.
Watching you eat those fruit snacks reminded me I bought some. I went and
got some and snacked on with you. But it's inevitable, I'm pregnant LOL!
Girl you were tearing those snacks up lol Ima have to order me a deluxe box
for me, the hubby, and our 2 kids. I love chips so I can't wait to try
those Hawaiian ones.
Enjoy your vacation. And you are right it's never too soon to take care of
your skin whenever it comes to aging. I'm almost 50 and people constantly
tell me how young I look. The reason is because I've been using serums
since I was in my 20's.
Exercises for back, legs and glutes that can safely be performed throughout your entire pregnancy. Effective, safe moves for anyone interested in strengthening ...
@beingpregoissurreal I'm sorry to hear about your previous loss. Let's plan
on a happy ending this time around. Without knowing all of your history and
current health status, it's difficult for me to say what constitues "take
it easy".A healthier mom always produces a healthier baby; for you that may
mean a modified exercise plan including a stationary recumbent bike, yoga,
strecthing and light weights. Clean up your diet, be sure to eat mostly
whole grains, fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats
Thank you for this. I am trying to get pregnant, and was told I shouldn't
do abs or most exercises. I've put a lot of weight between the Christmas
season and leaving sports. I am scared of doing some exercises because I
think I got pregnant and lost it (I had all the pregnancy symptoms for a
week and later I suffered an extremely weird menstruation, I really think I
miscarried). So I'm looking for safe exercises for pregnant women. Can you
do this the whole nine months? Even first three months?

Not sure why anyone would suggest you stop taking care of yourself during
the crucial 1st trimester, unless there is a specific health concern. It's
important to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout your entire pregnancy;
the 1st trimester is most important because that's when the majority of
baby's development occurs. 3rd trimester is mainly a growth period for the
baby and finalization of processes and connections, but early pregnancy is
when brain, spine and body systems are formed.
@candaceh8 light weight and high reps will give you far better results and
you wont get tore up joints like mine (im 26 and everything pops and aches
im all arthritisy used to lift a lot high weight for football) calisthenics
is the only healthy way to work out in my opinion do not push it with
weights they do more harm then good and definately dont ignore warning
signs if it hurts back off, lifting a 5lb dumbell 1000 times will give you
much more benefit then a 100lb dumbell 20 times
Minimum 20 minutes every day, preferably 30 or more minutes some days. You
can take it easier some days and exercise longer and with more intensity
other days. Heart rate is based on age, health and level of fitness.
Doctors used to say to keep heart rate below 140, but that is not true for
everyone. They now say watching body temperature is more important than
watching heart rate. Each person is different, so speak with your midwife
Find out what your resting heart rate is, too.
It is possible to safely lose some weight during pregnancy for women who
are overweight and/or who have gained too much weight. Do not starve
yourself or try to deprive your body of the nutrients it needs. Through
proper nutrition and regular exercise, it is generally considered safe to
regulate your weight during pregnancy. Remember that the goal is to gain no
more than 25-35 pounds throughout the entire pregnancy for someone who
starts at a reasonable weight.
@vivoviva As long as your midwife says you can resume normal activity and
you are already walking, a low intensity warm up followed by some
stretching should be fine to add to your walking routine. Be sure to modify
as needed and stop if you feel any pain. Most women should be able to
continue their exercise routines throughout their entire pregnancy with
only minor modifications, but you will have to be the judge of that
yourself due to your history.
@sd2009sd It sounds like you are much healthier and wiser with this
pregnancy. I'm pretty sure all of your hard work will make a big difference
during the remainder of your pregnancy as well as during your labor. Every
body is different, but I continued this workout, as well as step aerobics
and many other routines up until 42 1/2 weeks when I delivered my first
baby. Modify as you need to and stop if you feel that you should. Listen to
your body.
I told all my friends who are pregnant or trying to conceive about you.
Youre such an inspiration to me! I gave them the link to your website and
youtube. I am 20 weeks pregnant and feel lazy and unhealthy, and Im
DEFINATELY going to do these videos today! And I will make them my routine.
Youre wonderful, so many people have to have fancy music and lots of money
spent..Youre just helping people, and thats a breathe of fresh air
I admire women like you who care for their appearance even during
pregnancy. I am also pregnant, 5 months now and I am doing Brazil Butt lift
exercises. So far its going well, no pain or complaints. Is it ok to do
those? Also when I do my glute exercises I support my weight on my hands
and knees but i dont use the ball, so sometimes stomach is effected too but
I try to loosen it . Do you think its safe to do it?
@LaNenaSmiley Yes, begin with some easy exercises and progress at a rate
that's comfortable for you. You could try the following videos I've posted:
warm up, cardio abs, lower body workout, yoga and relaxing full body
stretch. You may want to try one video per day for the first 2 weeks and
see how you feel before increasing your workout. Of course, you can add a
walk into your schedule every day as well.
@verdemanthe1 Most importantly, you need to always use good form while
exercising to minimize any strain or damage to your joints. Using too light
of a weight with bad form is almost as bad as using too heavy of a weight
with bad form. Weight training done properly is extremely effective at
increasing lean muscle mass, raising metabolism, maintaining a healthy
weight and keeping your bones strong.
I just had the pleasure of comming across your videos and I subscribed to
your website as well. I just find out I am pregnant for the second time and
I was looking for a way to stay fit during my pregnancy with exercises that
I could do during my break at work or home. I am a little confused about
what videos to start doing first and so on. Would you please guide me ,
thank you .
Depends on you - I suggest starting with 3-5 pounds if you haven't been
exercising and progressing to 7 or 8 pounds within about 6 weeks and
perhaps to 10 pounds within about 3-4 months. But everybody is different
and you should use a weight that works best for you...one that is not too
easy, but not so difficult that you struggle on every repetition.
These videos are just wonderful! Thank you SO much for doing this, you have
really done a great service to [pregnant ]women everywhere! I'm just
starting to not feel quite so nauseus, so would like to begin some
exercises..just in the early stages. Can you let me know about what sort of
heart rate we should keep? I'm 32, 5'8 & not overweight...
@Sienna10Sunz Congratulations. I get this question a lot. There is no
correct number for everyone, although many doctors will say not to go over
140 BPM. There are so many variables to that; every body is different. You
should be able to talk without getting winded and watch your temperature -
too hot is not good for baby.
@EscuchaYcalla Of course you can, there is absolutely no proof of aerobic
and toning exercises having anything to do with miscarriage and it's
actually proven to produce a healthier pregnancy and baby for you to be
fit. Im 36 weeks and am still light jogging and weight lifting, just don't
listen to your body for cues.
@babr13 All of the exercises in this video are safe for someone in good
condition to follow throughout their entire pregnancy. Of course, check
with your midwife before beginning any new exercise program, especially if
you are experiencing any difficulties with your pregnancy.
I did a workout for my lower body and the next day my legs where sore
pretty badly, so I rubbed them and soaked them and even tried to workout
again...then the next day my legs hurt to even rub something against
them...how can I prevent this. I warm up and strech afterwards.
@hi2shrads First, I suggest you go see your Chiropractor to determine what
is causing your pain. Most likely a few visits should help you start
feeling better. You may want to try the warm-up, the cardio abs, yoga and
full body stretch videos. Each of these will help.
@th1441Atgirl Yes, you can also do these exercises without weights and just
contract your muscles and use your body's own resistance. Lunges can also
be done without weights; for many people, their own body weight gives them
enough of a workout as their belly grows.
@haiduculc I will post more soon. If your belly takes on an egg shape or
comes to a point, then it's definitely time to discontinue ab exercises
performed while lying on your back. You may, of course, continue with your
Keigels and pulling in on the abdominal wall.
@cedganaway Time and repetition. It's called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
and it will continue to happen until your body has adapted to exercising.
Even people who exercise regularly can feel this if they do a different or
more challenging routine.
@candaceh8 You'll know when it's time to alter your workouts...your body
will tell you. But for now, stay active and don't be scared by the people
telling you all of the things you can't do...they probably think you are
sick, not pregnant.
@TheMrsAHS I always prefer cardio for a warm up, then weight training, then
yoga and/or stretch. Mix up the individual segments by selecting different
videos I've posted and you've got hundreds of options to keep you working
for months.
I haven't been able to work out in 2 months because of my nausea, which is
now subsiding enough for me to go back. How heavy are your weights in this
video? the red one looks like it could be 5-8lbs and the bigger one look
like10lbs.
