She's probably worked out that squeezing the grape is giving her juice & she likes it, which is not really eating solids, but it's a nice video & good to see independence at such an early age for an ekkie :D

no, he's about 5 years old. he came to us from a bad situation (neglect) and he had chewed all his feathers off. he grew them back and we were all excited and then he chewed them off again! he is in the process of growing them in yet again, so we will keep praying that he keeps them this time!

i once took care of a bird due to neglect...had him for 7 years and he wouldnt let anyone touch him but me...weird
