Braxton hicks at 20 weeks

Braxton hicks at 20 weeks. I've been getting them frequently since last week. Like almost every day. I barely had any the first pregnancy. Is this normal?

Oh no! I'm sorry about the scare! :O I've been really lucky for the most part with pains and medications, I have hardly had to take anything at all apart from when I was out of work with a severe head cold and chest cold and needing to be on antidepressants. Other than its been pretty smooth sailing for me.... I haven't felt the baby move yet but I also found out im anterior! So its like padding the kicks! :O So it'll happen later for me..

+Kylie Grant I'm surprised I've managed to go without them to be honest, as I have arthritis in my shoulders so I used to take strong painkillers whenever they were bad. So I'm super proud of myself for not caving haha.Hope you're feeling better now, colds are the worst things to deal with because they just knock you out completely. Glad to hear everything else is going okay though :)My friend just found out she was anterior too! She's only just started feeling the baby properly at 22 weeks if that helps :)

aw, sorry you had a mini scare, but glad that you went in and it wasn't anything serious. I do the same thing with pain medication, even for headaches. I haven't had any at all since I found out I'm pregnant, I just try to drink water and nap through any pain :)

+Taylor Lynn It just seems so crazy to take anything when you have such a precious little life inside of you, it scares me to death. Like you wouldn't give strong paracetamol to a newborn, so why take it when you're growing one. Hope your little boy is being good :)

34 weeks pregnant belly

34 weeks 2nd baby 1st boy, had metallica nothing else matters lullaby playing forgot to turn it off. sooo tired all the time, having braxton hicks crazy everyday.

Hugs... hang in there sister. Go ahead and be grumpy... you're allowed. I'm 38 weeks today and sometimes it is very hard to stay positive! I had my first daughter on her due date (I was induced a couple days before that). When things start changing they will change quickly... but the wait is really hard. You're doing great!

I'm guessing a due date baby!!! I get the period cramps in front during my Braxton hicks as well. I think it's because of where his head is, but who knows! Stay strong Momma! Tried primrose oil yet? At your stage in pregnancy you can take 2 orally and 2 vaginally to help the gs along...also prevents tearing!
