dude i am not putting down flossing ,but there were cultures that had
perfect teeth and NEVER brushed. here is what i learned.
they did not eat the way we eat. basically we need to go back to the
low carb diet.sugar produces acids and compounds from too much insulin that
destroy everything including our teeth.its true and the doctors generally
will not tell you this. also silica is excellent. the best form of that is
diatomaceous earth food grade . i bought 50 lbs for 31 dollars thats 62
cents a pound.
it is amazing it makes enamel fingernails harder hair shinier teeth
brighter cleans out parasites. i gave it to my chickens who get parasites
occasionally and 6 hrs later the eggs they layed were totally clean. it
really works ,do some research you will find it is awesome.
At the time 13:14 into your video you mention vitamin K2 and you say that
it is present in milk. This is correct only if the milk comes from outdoor
kept grass eating cows. Most cows are kept indoors and fed GMO soy, GMO
corn and grains, so there is no vit K2 in their milk. There are however
supplements with K2 to buy. K2 is necessary for transportation of calcium
into bones and teeth. Most ppl are deficient in K2. Their calcium ends in
the arteries causing plaque or in kidneys, causing stones.
Do you have any idea of anything else one can do if you've had fluoride
treatments a few years ago (about 4 years ago) & teeth are breaking now &
fillings coming out all within a relatively short period of time? I DO
wonder if part of this might not be from the body trying to heal & pushing
the fillings out on their own? The breaking teeth were extensively drilled
by an over-zealous dentist. I wasn't happy & other dentist commented that
he seemed to drill deeper than needed. Now I have issues
The glycerin theory is bullcrap I brush with Tom's of Maine propolis and
myrrh toothpaste that has glycerin, I mouth breathe and get serious dry
mouth during the night at the moment because of a sinus infection and my
teeth become pale white but after a few hours of saliva rinsing of the
teeth they remineralize and return back to their original hue but the
amount of phosphorus and calcium you receive along with vitamin k and
magnesium to absorb the calcium will ensure healthy teeth
Saliva provides critical defense against dental decay. When food is chewed
salivary flow increases providing a large liquid volume for plaque acids to
diffuse into. These acids are neutralized by the bicarbonate buffer present
in high concentrations in saliva. Saliva is also supersaturated with
calcium and phosphate ions providing a constant remineralization mechanism.
salivary proteins and glycoproteins such as lysozyme, lactoperoxidase,
lactoferrin, active antibacterial activity.
i eat nothing processed...maybe its the lemon juice i started having with
my meats? should i stay away from vinegars and balsamic dressing for a
while? and lemons? what about almonds? I'm doing high fat...some days my
carb intake goes up almost close to my fat intake. I do semi pasturized
quality organic yogurt, raw cheese, grass fed milk, butter and meats, some
raw eggs, big salad at dinner with a lot of tahini dressing, fruits: sweet
strawberries, apples, mangoes, blueberries.
A dentist told me that I would need to use a very expensive gum shield
because I had been grinding my teeth. He could not explain why the digital
recording I had done for 2 weeks had no such sound, further more he could
not explain why the thin cheap gum shield I wore later for a week did not
even have a single tooth mark in it. When your regular dentist suddenly
points out something that has been the same for many years, suspicion grows
like a cavity.
Hi Zack, didn't you mention in one of your videos you were going to begin
working on your enamel because you began noticing transparency on the edges
of your teeth? Have you started taking care of that? are you seeing
results? I'm dealing with this problem...ever since starting raw I think.
Then high fruit I still had the transparency and cavities. Now I'm on raw
dairy and semi raw meats and high fat. I think its been getting worse my
transparency :(
I would STRONGLY urge younger people to take this seriously, as teeth
whiteners, etc. are a LOT like white bread when it was a thing for rich
people who later lost their health & teeth to because the white bread had
zip for nutrients & fed harmful bacteria. I think this "ideal" of having
ultra white teeth by chemical means is damaging to heart health & teeth
too! I don't think teeth were meant to be as white as this page! It's not
healthy either!
At 8:33 you say to avoid fluoride then after mention various issues due to
fluoride exposure. I'd appreciate if someone could let me know where this
information is from. These claims are new to me and after my last visit
with my dentist, I'm now using a daily fluoride rinse in addition to
standard fluoride based tooth care. I've been told by my dentist that this
is the best way to take care of my teeth, and he never mentioned adverse
effects.
I stopped it by stopping the use of very acidic foods washing over my teeth
on a regular basis. Unfortunately, smoothies, even when "alkaline" seem to
do this so I no longer do smoothies every day. The animal fats seem to have
stopped the degradation but it's very slow to see progress in the opposite
direction. One can only do the best and take care of one's teeth. Keeping
the mouth alkaline is very important. Brushing with neem oil can help.
been seeing the same dentist for 24 yrs. and 2 yrs. he told me i've been
grinding my teeth and has considerable damage . i told him i thought it was
the result of wear over the years and part of the natural aging.he said oh
no thaat is not suppose to happen. i said its about f***in time you told
me. it is estimated that to repair my 6 front teeth will cost me 18
thousand dollars.seriously considering suing for negligence , what do you
think.
@SecretsOfLongevity Ur cute as hell, so I would watch it all just bcoz of
that. But don't make me go through this and list all the parts you could've
chopped. Making bullet points facilitates your 'points' in an organized,
understandable way. No one needs to know that the toothbrush you're holding
isn't the one you're talking about. That took like 5 seconds... and there
are several examples of that in ur whole video. Ur still cute tho :)
Just wanted to add that for the last few months I've been dipping my
toothbrush (with toothpaste) into a powder I made of bentonite clay, baking
soda, sea salt and chelated mineral caps I emptied into a jar & mixed up,
and my teeth are a few shades whiter and for the first time, not sensitive
at all, not even in the holes I have from 2 missing fillings. I can't
afford the dentists where I live, so I'm pretty stoked about this : )
Fillings are extremely damaging and drill extremely deep. Its extremely
rare for someone to remineralize an entire tooth. I'd recommend reading the
book "Cure Tooth Decay" by Ramiel Nagel if you want to know the whole
procedure of how to do this. Then choosing not to get the filling would be
a choice you can make from an educated stance and even if people think
you're wrong or crazy you can back yourself up with the book.
My experience has been that it depends on the size of the cavity. Small
cavities can be healed by remineralization. I had a dentist years ago who
found a cavity in my mouth and told me I could either have it drilled and
filled, or remineralize it. I started drinking lots of raw milk, etc. The
next dentist I went to, said I did not have any cavities. The small one my
previous dentist had found, had healed.
@RedTulie1 It's not about whether it "rings true" or not, it is true. When
your saliva is alkaline and you don't have glycerine coating your teeth
calcium and phosphorus is able to inlay into the teeth from the outside
when chewing food. Look into the work of Karen Van Cleef and Tooth Soap.
She's compiled the research of an Australian dentist who proved this.
yes i agree with you my health is my responsibility to which i take
seriously and when going to a supposed professional for 24 yrs you would
think he would menton this to me before now.you now every six months for 24
yrs wouldn't you notice something if you were my dentist, wouldn't you say
something to you patient. its not bloody rocket science.
all the morons in the world are suing doctors in North America right now.
grinding teeth are cause by your brain in the first place and if that
appears suddenly it can damage teeth pretty quickly....don`t you use a
mirror when you wash your teeth to see your own teeth getting smaller? or
the person who sleeps next to you is deaf? jesus christ..
My cavity healed up (it was not "drilled and filled," it simply healed), so
I assume that teeth with cavities can remineralize. Unfortunately, drilling
teeth to create an opening for fillings, creates a much bigger hole than
the existing cavity, and I doubt that anything short of stem cell
intervention could heal a drilled tooth.
ok thank you , im gonna rewatch carefully the video. Its no special doses or
quantities? And on the other hand i was wondering if you had examples of
people who managed to reverse receding gums with the colostrum tips that
you give? its good work ,your research. Also did you made some videos for
prostata problems? thank you
Thanks, very informative! I like neem but also peppermint oil in
toothpaste. I agree about warm spices being too hot for gums, though a tiny
amount of cayenne might be good for circulation? What do you think of the
Indian (ayurvedic) neem toothpastes like Vicco, the ones without SLS,
sweetener or glycerin?
I'd make absolutely certain all of your nuts and seeds are soaked to
removed the enzyme inhibitors before consuming. Rince your mouth out with
something alkaline after eating a meal that has lemon juice etc (do not
brush them at this point). Using water with salt dissolved into it works
well.
cranberry juice (which has vit C in it) & limes & certain oil mix & little
cheese & masters miracle (which has calcium in it)& tiny amount of charcoal
power vitamin sometimes, mixed together as a mouthwash toothpaste, but its
cranberries that does mostly everything- natures perfect mouthwash
Yes one would expect that and it's most unfortunate. People in the medical
profession have a ridiculous amount of legal protection. If you feel
strongly that there's just cause for pursuing legal action, go for it.
Consulting with a lawyer always puts these things into perspective quickly.

Here's a cake song for stampy: Oh, you better get sugar, you better get
eggs, you better get wheat, but no begs. Cake is cooking right now! (to the
tune of "Santa Claus is coming to town")
I know this is a long time ago, but she could've hid in the ceiling. Like
she could have a put a block on crouched on it and maybe Stampy wouldn't
have looked up.
