+Vanessa Li The only problem is that it takes more time to affix the rubber dam than it does to seal the quadrant... It's so much easier - if the practice allows it - to have an assistant help. For the production value of the procedure/treatment, I'd think an office would gladly spare an assistant so that: 1. The application is successful; 2. It's finished quickly.

Am I the only hygienist who thinks it nearly impossible to do sealants - good sealants that last/stay - without an assistant; without someone helping keep the field dry?
