I'd paint it black. That way u can wipe it down and disinfect it at the end
of the day. Of course u will disinfect the top after every client but at
the end of the day give the whole table a good wipe down and your good to
go for the next day! At least that's what I do with my manicure table.
Congratulations I'm so proud of you. You are from my hometown I value and
appreciate all what you do here on YouTube!! Wishing you nothing but
success in your new business venture. What I would suggest because I also
love bling. Paint the back matte black, then hot glue gemstones on top of
what you have painted. But please let dry completely! You can find
gemstones at Hobby Lobby ,Michaels also targets or Walmart . That way
whenever you find your desired chairs you can't go wrong with bling in all
black chairs:-) )))
Personally, I would first of all sandpaper it to smooth out the surface,
Then I'd apply a primer upon which I'd cover it with fabric. Not just any
fabric, but upholstery. Not too thick either, just somewhere in between and
make sure that the glue gets tacky before adding the fabric, then gently
smooth it out to make it lay flat. I wouldn't go black, since there will
already be black in your studio. Because this is YOUR TABLE, I'd opt for a
color or motive that would go well with the black and white and that would
also stand out among the rest of the studio ;)
Yes! Fabric is what I'm thinking also. My DIL covered a small dresser with some upholstery grade black, gold, and white Moroccan print. It is gorgeous!
Good idea !!!!! Yes...it definitely needs sanding...can't be getting sued over a splinter. THANKS SUGAR
