thankyou for posting this video, i hope all is well with you and your family. i too went through the heartache after going into labour at 24;5 last year unfortuatley my son passed away but i am now 30 weeks pregnant with his lil brother. i dont think people realise how much these lil ones are fighters and it looks like your son gave one hell of a fight :) im glad he responded well to cpap and vent and by ur vid he looks like hes off that now...congrats too you both and ur lil fighter of a man x

Congratulations and thank you for sharing your precious moments with us.. it brought tears to my eyes as i'm 30 weeks now and we are having a few complications its good to see that even now everything will eventually be ok if our we boy decides to come visit us early. thank you again

He's beautiful, more than that really. Im 25 weeks and scared to death of premature birth. I started to cry when he was crying...so small and hooked up to a bunch of machines, not quiet ready for this world. Im so happy that he made it though, gives me hope that if something does happen to us that we may be alright. Do you know what caused the premature birth or did it just happen?

;____; My friends baby was born really early too. It was heartbreaking to see him with all those wires and tubes attached to him. His story had a happy ending too, he's turned 1 a few months ago and is a little toad, a funny cute toad though :) I'm glad your son got better too. It's a miracle to see them so fragile and watch them gain strength each and every day :)

Oh! I have just cried my eyes out xxx my little boy was born 10 weeks early weighing 3lb 12 oz and after a rocky start with an op he is turning one next month and I'm starting to think of doing a video of his pics when I found this. I felt like I was going through the journey all over again, I hope your son is doing well, thank you for sharing your story

hi im pregnant with my first. im only 17years old and at the moment im 29weeks the doctors think i wont make it far past 30 weeks and he will come out so this gives me so much hope. also makes me cry a bunch because its going to be so hard. thank you for this upload. and i hope my son can be just as much as a fighter as yours

This is amazing! You start off worrying and as the video progresses your hope rises because you feel like he's looking better and better as he goes and then you find out you were right and happiness just washes over you. I'm expecting my first child now and I have about 10 weeks left. This video gives me such hope for her :)

awww i was a premature baby once and had to spend a month and three days in the NICU up at Alfred I. DuPont in Wilmington it was awful i wasnt able to drink outta my boddle and i had to get a feeding tube in my stomach and i was getting weak every time i was in bed.

Thanks for the comments everyone. No we are not sure why it happened...there was no obvious reason. Hope all your/your partners pregnancies continue to term :-) Our little man is coming up for 1 now and doing just so so well!

My older cousin had her baby, Kai, at thirty weeks and he weighed 3lbs 11oz. he is so tiny!! I love him so much and he's grown so much. he was born about 8 weeks ago and he is at a healthy weight now.

thanks for sharing, I love your pregnancy videos (I admit to bias - I like most all your videos); I've never been pregnant, so it's exciting for me hearing about the baby and how he/she is developing from week to week, Griffin is so gorgeous, I can't wait to see the new little one. congratulations to you and your husband (and Griffin), oh, & grandparents, etc. I watched your videos initially because I'm a novice raw foodie (am sick and working to eat a healthier diet); babies r icing on the cake

I'm at 19 wks with my 1st! Wishing You were farther along then me so I could pick up all your good tips as I went but it's still nice to learn for the next one. I guess I'm just wondering what it's like for you to feel the way you do, and try to be a great mom for Griffin at the same time. My 1st tri was miserable and I kept thinking "what in the world would I do with another little life that needed me right now?" Lastly, kinda personal but what BC did you use? Paraguard didn't work for us. ; )

This pregnancy is completely different for me than my first. In just every possible way!! And I'm a lot more fearful in this one, remembering how hard and scary it was with my first. I had Hyperemesis Graitarum so the thought of a loss was great and now it's even more great because I'm still breastfeeding my first at 21 months. But all and all God is in control and he only puts on us what he knows we can handle. This baby is a blessing and am so thankful. This video was very inspiring love it

Hi MamaNatural! Congratulation on your pregnancy. I absolutly adore your videos and have been following them for a while now. I am actually 11 weeks pregnant, so not far off from you. I have been feeling miserable and hope it will be over soon so that I can become more joyfull about my first baby. Here in Scotland we get a scan at 12 weeks, so I hope that when you get your scan/midwife appoinment that everything will be alright, as I will hope for myself too :-). All the best from Scotland!

I'm so excited about you having baby #2! I just love your videos and I know that you'll be as great with this baby as you are with Griffin! My last baby, baby #6 for me, is now 7mths old and that pregnancy was lightening fast, but I did take time with just me and the baby. Even if it was just for ten minutes, I talked to her and told her how much she was loved and wanted by the whole family. And once we decided to name her Audrey, that's how I addressed her in our daily "chats"

Husband and I are preparing for #2 as well! We're a little over 10 weeks and due December 28th! I tried natural with our first, and lasted 19 hours drug-free, but ended up succumbing to some pain relief. That labor lasted 24 hours in total! I'm hoping to actually ACHIEVE an un-medicated birth with the same midwife group the second time around. Just knowing what to expect, I think, should help. But I'm really hoping that it won't last another 24 hours! CONGRATS to you again =D

My first baby took about 21 hrs. My second was 3.5. Be encouraged that just because your first was so long doesn't mean your second will. I drank a lot of red raspberry leaf tea. ;) I'm 9 wks pregnant with #3.....my kids are 9 & 7. Yeah, totally unexpected. So thanks for the encouragement for the one on one praying with/for baby. I've been having a bit if a hard time accepting this. But God knows what He's doing.

I am on my husbands account,but I am 12 weeks pregnant. Having been feeling good at all. It's our third attempt - we've lost two babies in 2012. Two boys. 14 weeks and one at 16 weeks. Thanks for bringing up God. After I lost my 16 weeker in September I've felt very hurt by our God and not sure were to turn with this pregnancy when it comes to him. Even though I had a homebirth the first time around with zero complications I just can't wrap my head around going through that again yet. I'm currently almost nine weeks pregnant and I feel like poo almost constantly. I'm always either throwing up or feeling like I'm about to and I barely can eat anything because EVERYTHING makes me sick... I was eating ginger candy to help out, but it's lost it's effectiveness it seems :/ I'm really hoping and praying my second trimster comes with more energy and returns my appettite.

Love hearing updates! We are 23 weeks today and found out this afternoon we are having a baby boy! I am feeling lately like I have either a huge appetite or none at all(he loves to sleep on my stomach I swear), also dealing with some fluid and swelling but no worries to go along with it my blood pressue is text book and no protein I believe it is just the humidity

I love the idea of putting your hands on your belly and praying for baby!! I love it! I pray with Audri but never even thought of praying with this little one! I'm 16 weeks and feeling a little less energetic haha, I also have a 2 year old so I try to nap when I can at the same time as her. I have been have sciatica pain already which didn't hit me until the third trimester with my daughter. Any tips on dealing with that. It is gone one day and horrible the next.

I like these updates. Something different, which is good. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with #3 and am feeling extremely tired!!! Like I don't know how I'm gonna make it another 14 weeks tired. But most days are good now and I am starting to feel like my old self again, for now anyway. :)

It's totally okay! But my daughter is now 8 months and I got it three months ago. Ive not been using it consistently so I can't give you a complete review on it. I do know that they have definitely faded and i think the cream has contributed to it but also staying hydrated is important. I drink lemon water a lot. Just imagine if you were to use it consistently. I'm about to send Jessica my before and now pic. Let me know if you want to see it as well! :)

Did he really say nursing home food?! hahaha!!! but I love chipotle over moe's and qdoba any day! If you are familiar with the waterford lakes town center ( i worked at the regal cinemasvtheater close by for 7 years!) and i would always go to qdoba on my breaks only because it was convenient. But now it went out of business and Moes is there in replacement. haha. Their chicken is not that well seasoned. Chipotle's rice and chicken is the best!

Haha! They still have the qdoba on campus. But it says something about qdoba when they had to shut down their store in waterford. That means people weren't really going there! I use to live on Alafaya too!
