Great video. I ran your recipe through the lye calculator soapcalc, and after setting superfat at 0 the lye and water measurements do not match your recipe. Did you adjust the water as percent of oil weight? I get 5.45 oz of lye and 13.30 of water, your recipe calls for Lye 5.5oz Water 6. oz Milk 6.8 oz which is .5 oz less in water. is that ok?

to you we have soap falling out every cabinet. lol. I was making a batch the other night of 70% CO and got side tracked it seized up so bad because it over cooked. I decided to set it aside and rebatch it later. Hubby and my 18 year old son was having no part of that and took over. Needless to say they used 1/3 gallon water and the stick blender for 30 min. until it was smooth again. They let me know that they did NOT care that it was to much water because it was working and they were making

Can't sell what I've made so far. I'm working on perfecting a recipe of my own that I feel good about selling first. Most of the soap we have has been made from your recipe and I don't think it's right for me to sell soap made from someone else's recipe, it wouldn't be right. But, I love the fact that I have everyone covered for Christmas gift, you helping me and sharing your recipe was a God send because with Hubby out of work we wouldn't have been able to give anyone gifts this year. woohoo. way to sell your soap. congrates and good job. I know it felt good to be able to do that. My hubby is still not back to work. ugh! he's driving crazy. lol. I love him though. He shocked me today he was out grocery shopping on his own cause I was feeling under the weather and he called me and asked me how much I'm paying per pound for the lard. He found a 25 lb bucket on sale for .20 cents per lb cheaper and brought it home. And to think he didn't want me soaping at first. Thanks t

Hello Kim as usual I watch almost all your videos and I just love them,I sometimes do cold process but ever since I started watching your videos now I always do hot process the other day I tried not heating my oils in my crockpot then I put in the lye mix/water directly on my unmelted oils then I stick blended it till trace the lye melts the oils fast, then I cooked it like you do in the crock pot and it always turns out great you should try this.thanks for making these great videos.

my 3 year old nephew also has bad allergies and skin conditions. Some of the creams the doctors give him makes it get worse. I make him a soap and only add oatmeal and local honey to it. It works great for him. I have not tried to add colors or fragrance to it.

Kim, I had that same scale. If it is already going off like that soon it will be going off in the middle of pouring liquids. I pitched mine in the trash and got a new one. That scale drove me batty from day one. Great video.

Super cette vidéo... sauf que... faut pas toujours croire que l"Aluminium est nocif pour la santé, même si le produit arrive en 2ième position dans un composant.... j'ai été élevée a côté d'une usine d'Aluminium et je suis en parfaite santé loll... le corps en contient.. entre 30 et 50 mg... voici ce que l'on dit..... Les antisudorifiques : lisez l'étiquette apposée sur la plupart des antisudorifiques, et vous constaterez que les ingrédients actifs comportent des composés d'aluminium. Ces composés sont absorbés par la peau. Ils endiguent la transpiration en bouchant temporairement les conduits sudoripares. Ce « bouchon » ne reste en place que peu de temps, c'est la raison pour laquelle il faut renouveler l'application d'un antisudorifique pour tirer parti de sa protection. bisous xx

Salut ma belle. je partage avec toi une astuce qui fonctionne pour moi (c'est une révolution d'ailleurs car j'ai déjà essayé 10000000000 de produits sans succès). j'ai la peau mixte à grasse (ça dépend) et j'ai testé le lait de magnesie à appliquer juste avant le maquillage. ça marche vraiment pour moi, si ça t'interesse fait des recherche sur le net sur ce produit.Bisous

+gaelle Il faut en mettre très peu et l'étaler au doigt. une fois seché la peau tiraille un peu il suffit alors d'appliquer soit une bb crème ou soit un fond de teint. La peau redevient souple tout de suite.
