I'm just like where's all this hate coming from? Vote with your wallet fine. If you don't want to play it than don't play it. I didn't figure alpha for a fanboy. I get fanboyish over stuff that I think shouldn't happen but than I calm down and realize I'm just being stupid. It's just a game. I think it will sell a million easy. I never played metroid, but this looks interesting to me. It could be Nintendo bringing players into this universe that would never otherwise have played metroid games. So many loud people jump on the assumption that Nintendo's trying to Fuck over their fans.

I think some Nintendo fans has some screws loose. As someone that has not played metroid, I'm interested. And let's be honest. Nintendo doesn't cater to hardcore fans, because they're far and few in between. They cater to all their customers. If they catered to their hardcore fans, they would go out of business because they wouldn't get too much. That's what a lot people don't understand. They don't understand business or how the industry works. Same thing with star Fox and f-zero. People pitching about Nintendo not making those games for years, because nobody buys them. Check the sales. They can't invest in series that don't sell. And with metroid they're changing it up to get more people into the series. They're trying to keep it fresh and alive. They're trying to bring the 3ds players into this series to get a taste of it. These fanboys only think about themselves and don't see the bigger picture.
