But by making such a reference the royal family wants the strong outrage and emotions associated with Diana's death to become associated with these photos of Kate. But if you think about it Kate is responsible for her behaviour. While there is no connection between Diana's death and these photos there is however a difference between Di and Kate. Di had clas.

The European paparazzi literally killed his mother by chasing her car into an accident. Now they are trying to force her daughter-in-law into not being able to relax in private too! France should punish Closer magazine, not by a fine, but by making the editorial team have to webcam their entire life, including showers, toilets, meeting friends and family (including children). See how they feel about it! No matter what you feel about royalty, everyone has a right to a private family life!

In this case, it was just a criminal selling his/her illegal voyeuristic photographs. The French judiciary agrees with me. Being a criminal is not a valid occupation. The photographer used zoom equipment (which would have cost at least 10,000 euros) to take photographs of young woman relaxing in a back garden. The photographer faces a jail sentence rather than the eye-for-an-eye justice I advocated. The editorial team of French Closer magazine face a jail sentence. They deserve it.

but....what they did was wrong but you have to think about it....they are photographers this is their job this is how they survive by (sadly) getting juicy photos of famous peoples lives to sell them to media...i honestly think kate shouldnt have gone outside topless cause they know cameras are watching them...it would be pointless and rude to follow them around photographing their families cause its kinda like your mocking their way of getting food on the table....

It's not ok to do photographs like this for non-royals. The only reason the celebrity magazines are publishing is because they judge they will make far more money than the fines they will have to pay. The next stage is either publishing photographs of nude royal children or forcing the royals to have excessive , expensive security everywhere.
