+Raymond Cancel The fact that she is a fairy is actually pretty decent storytelling. Fairies, in mythos, are not kind creatures at all, they were none to kidnap, rape, and murder humans no different than vampires and while the show doesnt really dwelve into fairies much, thats what they are in the books (and can become demons, and various other kinds of beings). Sookie being part fairy was pretty amazing in the show, but pretty pointless since they took it nowhere.

What I dislike the most about this final season was the misleading poster
of Sookie's blood tear. This made me think that at some point she was gonna
be turned into a vampire - and that did not happen.
Overall, I feel that this series ended too soon with not enough closure.
I was done with True Blood when they killed Tara off. After all the shit
she went through in her life and dealing with her crazy Mother, she even
got fucked over in death and they didn't even had the decency to show her
death on Scene. Also After her death, nobody really talked about her to
much. Not even Sookie or Lafayette SMH. Also Bill pissed me off wanting to
die after all the mess him and Sookie got into SMH. Season 7 fucked
everybody over. It was rushed and the writers ran out of ideas to make the
last season satisfying for us. Plus I wanted Eric and Sookie together and
not some faceless man that they couldn't even show in the Finale Episode
ending.
they could change the ending ! since Sookie start hearing Bill's toughs ,
she should strike him with her light and they both could turn to humans !!!
we deserved a happy ending after all this crazy blood baths...so
disappointed :-(
+Fablog GmbH I was hoping they wouldn't end the show before getting to Eric and Sookies romance and marriage. But they dissapointed. And why did they kill off Bill?? Ugh. The books are way better..
I loved the finale. I thought Bill's death was an extremely tragic, fitting
way to end their romance. It was great to see Eric and Pam go on to conquer
the world , whilst the Bon Temps community to rebuilt theirs. There's just
something so comforting that all those people were still so close and
normal after so much unprecedented violence and heartbreak. I liked the
fact that Sookie married an unknown, unidentified character because it
really gave the sense that she was getting a fresh start; she seemed to
finally get her 'normal' life and honour Bill's memory by doing so. Sookie
never wanted to be a vampire, which is what made it so nice that she ended
up so totally human.
+Narumi Shibuya Or maybe she found someone who's thoughts weren't so abhorrent, anyway she had a relationship with Alcide despite the fact that she could hear his thoughts. She also seemed to get better at controlling her mind reading powers throughout the series. Also once she actually knew what she wanted I can imagine that she could date someone if she liked him.
+Gretchen Vizcarrondo I agree, there was no story it was kinda boring, it didn't make sense and it was frustrating, they should've chosen between eric or bill not some random dude
+Gretchen Vizcarrondo The season was cool, for the most part. It's just the finale that sucked balls.

+Jays FFA (ShadesTuts) What really pissed me off about her death was that it happened off screen. Tara was a major character from season 1-6 and we don't even get to see her die, but we've seen all the other major and minor characters die. I thought it was bullshit.
for a show made from books it was pretty good. This saying though I haven't read the books, the series itself wasn't bad at all. Quite fun most of the time. =)
If I recall correctly, there was a dark-haired guy next to her at the table that she gave a kiss too as the scene was ending. We never met him, but she obviously got that life she wanted, the one she told Eric she wanted to have when he gave back her house. That end scene was something like 4-5 years after(If I counted those time lapses right, they were in pretty close succession so I may have missed one. lol I think it was two six month periods and a three years later and another year).
+Eddie Bradley No. Vampires can't procreate anyways, but keep in mind the time frame, the finale where she was expecting was years after Bill died, they had several time skips with Eric and Pam before that scene.
+uSiphix Yeah, season 6 was kinda a let down. When they first introduce Warlow, like a teaser in the 5th season, I thought he was gonna be this bad ass villain, like the DarthVader of TrueBlood, you know? But when he came on the story, it was weak and crappy! Season 7 was better I think and very sad to the farewell to Bill. :'(Now, during the closing moments of season7, Sokie was expecting, is it Bills????
+uSiphix Not only did he kill Warlow, Jason, killed Franklyn Mott too. It is as if the writers are trying to make Jason out to be the golden hero of Bon Temps...which does not make any sense.
+uSiphix I agree. It seemed random for Jason to appear and save her when it was more her call to kill the man who was her captor and rapist and put to rest the evil that took hold of her and wouldn't let go.
+Fat Jan Exactly...they killed him for no reason...If anything it would have been better for Tarra to kill him not Jason >.>Jason killed him because I think they were trying to create some...love circle for him originally
He was amazing! His character was complex, I wish he would have lasted longer

But we didn't see her actually getting killed. Plus, Tara's mom started hallucinating later on thinking she's seeing her daughter. She's still alive and is in hiding, the same with Eric. I believe that.
Yet, the actress confirms her death. And I heard director said that he didn't want the last scene with Tara to be her death scene but a heartbreaking scene where she helps her mother. Also, he wanted the viewers to be in Sookie's shoes who didn't get to see her best friend die...
Tara didn't die. If they showed Steve Newlin, Terry Belflour, Russell Edgington and even Roman Zimojic and so many others die on the screen than surely they would have showed Tara being staked or killed since she's been a steady character along with Lafayette since the beginning of the show. Eric's not dead either.
Or maybe the real reason why Pam didn't react is MAYBE Tara still alive and faked her death to run off and hide. Cause if she really was dead, Pam would react.
I don't get why people say the writers forgot about the maker knowing when the progeny dies. Did they show us Pam at the exact moment Tara died to see if there is a reaction? No. On the other hand, killing Tara that way was lame and unfitting. That adds to the total illogical absence of the authorities. Where is the army and Gov.Burrell's weapons to kill off the infected vamps? Who is the moron virus engineer who made a killing virus it can mutate?
Watched the marathon this week, with interviews with cast members. Retina (Tara) said on True Blood dead does not mean dead. Now I'm not so sure she dead. If she is maybe she 'll come back as a ghost! Good thing her cousin is a medium!!
Why are people bitching? DO NOT READ THE COMMENTS OF THE VIDEOS RELATING TO EPISODES YOU HAVEN'T YET SEEN! You guys are stupid as fuck. Have you not learned ANYTHING from Game of Thrones?!
The reasons I thought she's not dead is because firstly they didn't show it, and secondly Pam didn't seem to feel it. If the writers have seriously forgotten the maker-progeny bond like that then I've lost serious faith in this show.
+Omarie Well according to //www.tvguide.com/News/True-Blood-Season-7-Premiere-Recap-Tara-Rutina-Wesley-1083285.aspx she is dead the writers just most likely forgot about the maker knowing when their progeny dies.
+Darkmustang1 Tara isnt dead, 1. A maker always knows when their progeny dies, pam would have felt it or know right away. 2. we didnt see Tara died, she's been on the main cast since the beginning, if they were gonna kill her off they wouldnt let us assume she died hearing it from her mother , they just did it to build up the suspense
Hey this is a trailer for episode 2 to 10, so what You spect

@JoyNoelle8H they changed alot of stuff and as i remember russelle isn't
that bad of a vampire and he's actually kinda fair to her in the books for
the most part. i think he actually like her........hahaha it seemed that
all the men like her int he books like kalvin hahahah they changed him
completely from the books. they changed alot but i don't hate that but i
don't love it either some of the people that i like in the books are
completely different than in the show but eric is still the same.
@jadekr Yes, indeed, why? Why sex and marriage got so connected I don't
even understand! Religious forced-marriage, sex and pregnancy is one of the
lamest reasons Ever to marry. But love is a good reason, I value marriage,
it's a very nice declaration of true love, having one of the most beautiful
'rituals' in church, nomatter how you believe in 'what ever it is' that's
be bigger than the total of all! Sex as the sole reason, yes,
stupidity/apathy at best, broken souls at worst! Btw. NO JUST!
@jessie1793 yea i guess.........i miss nice russlle though. theres no JB,
alcie, the other CC's even though we got claudine she's not what i thought
the actress would look like, no chow.....i miss chow even though the one
they got for screen isn't the one you'd pictured from the books, no rich
witch that lives with sookie and becomes bff's and no FUCKING
BUBBA!!!!!!!!! i want bubba in the show!!!!! he's important too :(
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....Eric1...i
have to get this out of my system... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGG u SEXY
MAN!!!!.....ok i am done...lol...
I wish the writers would follow Charlaine Harris' character & story line. I
really want to watch this & enjoy it, but there are so many differences, it
just too far from the books.
Indeed Lafayette is a great actor. But Jason in the other hand is fabulous!
He's australian and speaks in a whole another way when he's not acting. Not
many actors who can do such!
